The location

I was charged a $50 pet fee. I made notes in my reservation that I travel with pets. The staff accused me of sneaking my pets in. There was no pet fee disclosed at the time of booking or after. I was told about a pet fee upon checking out. They added the pet fee to my debit card without telling me and argued with me that the pet fee was disclosed at the time of booking. I pulled up the booking site and showed them that it was not they still argued. I will definitely never stay here again.

I have stayed here multiple times. The staff is very friendly, and is one of the main reasons I continue to come back.

More selection at breakfast.

The location was great and close to the Army base. It was a safe building and looked safe and well kept on the internet. I did like that I was given bottled water and chips at check in. That was the first time, so keep it up.

The headboard had not been dusted in quite sometime. I also found someone ‘s hair on the pillow case. The breakfast was lacking as it needed to have more choices, such as waffles, and not just have two choices of cereal and yogurt.
