Decent enough.

Very soft, uncomfortable beds and didn't sleep well.

Amazing room decor, bathroom hardwood floors, best disabled access ever! Baggage carrier smooth, front desk incredibly helpful getting best room, no hidden fees or charges, late checkout at 12 lifesaver!, pool hours are perfect

No eggs after 8, coffee not so great by service desk (room coffee great!), some weird guys working on van made uncomfortable watching myself and two year old son, room plug-ins could use USB jack update

Wifi is too slow that most of times it didn't work

I was pleased with the front desk woman named Maranda. Somehow my reservations ended up messed up but she handled it well. It was overwhelming for all of us. She was working long hours. We arrived around 6pm and she was still there at 8am the following morning.

I made reservations well in advance and paid in full beforehand. When we arrived those rooms were not avaliable. I reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each room. Maybe they double booked? I'm not sure what happened. After all was said n done I have to take 2 rooms with only 1 king bed. One of the rooms had a sleeper sofa. The other did not! Needless to say one of the beds had to sleep 3 to a bed.. not at all what I wanted....but we made it work!

We were welcomed by front desk staff, our room was clean and well maintained. We spent time in the pool area and staff refilled towel cart to make sure we had enough for our group. Great stay!!

Check in was a little messed up with wrong room assignments. Front desk staff did a great job making sure we got what we paid for.

very good location for our trip

I scheduled weeks in advance I ask for 1st floor as I’m scheduled for hip replacement no only did I not get 1st floor I got the 2nd floor farthest room down the hall they could of given me room by elevator on any floor.

Location of the breakfast was convenient. Not a bad breakfast by any means slightly above average for a chain hotel
