The location is nice

I booked a king room with a price of breakfast included just to find out I had to pay extra for breakfast & the room I booked was a king room with a bath and I got a stand up shower… it was kind of disappointing but made the best of it. Also there was NO smart Tv i probably won’t book there again

The pool was nice and the patio too, also the workout room was nice really hot but nice.

We had ants in our room since the first day..when I went to the front desk to reported, the employees seem to be too busy having a conversation in between them and acting like I wasn’t even there…when someone finally asked me what did I need, I told her the situation and she acted like it wasn’t a big deal.

I asked to be away from exit and was across from ice maker and near elevator hall. I heard the elevator all night. The bed made noise every time I moved.

the staff were great and the room was nice

the water pressure would change from high to low during showers.

If I had one gripe.. Shower water pressure was poor and lost hot water for some reason but it did eventually come back.

Valerie was a TERRIBLE front desk receptionist! She needs to be FIRED! I will be calling management to file a complaint on her.

The breakfast had no flavor. Poor customer service at the front desk.

the property was very clean, I’ve stayed there a couple other times. I come in town frequently, and this is one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in. love the renovations as well.

I stayed here the weekend of December 16th. what I didn’t like was the staff at the front desk, we TRIED to check in at 12am.. I had a room booked with a friend and she called the day before and added me on to be able to check in since she would be arriving later, they assured her that was fine and I’d be good to go. I got to the hotel and the older bigger lady who worked night shift at the front desk was VERY rude. very snappy, from the beginning. like she didn’t want to serve me. I let her know that my friend had added me on to the reservation so I can check in. she immediately shut me down and said “no she can’t, I can’t let you in without her” and proceeded to go on about her business. I had to sit in my car in the parking lot for 2 hours with my children and wait for my friend. the last time I stayed the gentleman was very friendly.. I don’t know who this chick is. VERY unprofessional
