Todo muy sucio, descuidado y la habitación era para no fumadores y olía a cigarrillo.
El microondas sucio, horrible y no tiene el plato que gira. La nevera parada en un montón de polvo y había cucarachas por todo el cuarto. El baño muy sucio. La persona que nos atendió cuando llegamos, poco amable. Y el lobby olía a marihuana.Me atrevería a decir que las sábanas estaban sucias porque había un letrero que decía que limpian cada 3 días.

Fridge did not work. Told staff. They offered to switch my room , but that would was not convenient for me to move my stuff after a long days labor work.

It was relatively close to what I was doing while I was in town.
They charged me a $50 deposit for some reason, but never gave it back to me.

There were dirty sheets in our room and we found a cigarette in the bed, when we got there they said there were no non smoking rooms available and then when we asked for a refund they all of a sudden had a non smoking room.

there were some cockroaches in the room and the bathroom and I'm still waiting for the refund of the 50 dlls that they charged me for security deposit

Staff is nice and friendly. The location is closed to sea world. A H-E-B plus is 3-5 mins to it. The parking space is right outside the room, which is another huge plus. It’s so convenient to get things up and down.
The only thing isn’t good is not clean enough. There are roaches and died fly in the room. The door frame is broken, but they just simply use nails to hold it in place. The issue is the nails are not the all the way in, about 0.5 inch is outside. It is not safe for little kids. Anyway, staff is nice and friendly. Overall, it’s what you pay for.
