Nothing the whole experience was no good the night attendant has a horrible attitude and the room smelled like a diaper, everything was moist in the room and the ac didn't get cold at all.

The property was in a good location, it’s close to the highway with close by H‑E‑B and a convenient store. The staff were nice and welcoming.

The cleaning crew needs to pay extra attention. Extra pillows were not available. The worst part was the breakfast experience. 15 people waiting in line for the ONE waffle maker so at least 30 minutes waiting time. The opinions are only cereals, waffles and bread. Water and juices are available but the coffee was not good.

For 2 rooms they charged 10 dollars extra for our spouse, they surprised me, I want this 10 usd back, this is wrong and you should solve this problem as booking, the room is already written for 2 adults and they charged us 10 dollars extra. Please call the hotel and provide a refund. This was the first time this happened to us, the hotel staff was very rude. If Booking will not solve this problem, I will cancel my booking membership and inform my lawyer about this incident. They charged more than the booking fee and there was a very, very rude staff. I was surprised, I will complain to the necessary places this week. Keep your money, they charge additional costs

Could use cosmetic touch ups neatly done to where you can not tell any work was done.

The customer service was excellent. We had to stay while awaiting our home to be ready for move in. The staff greeted is each and every time we left and came back. We felt so at home there. We enjoyed the breakfast and Texas waffles. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

No complaints!

We needed to stay one night somewhere not far from the center and not expensive because we just needed to have a place to sleep. So this place is fair enough.

Everything was okay but only few things made me feel a bit uncomfortable: 1) broken table lamp that was working all night (the off button was broken) 2) someone’s lubricant under the mattress

Super clean and great location we’ve been staying here off and on while relocating back to San Antonio and always try to stay here when we can!
