the bed was the problem. It is so high I couldn't get on it. I tried to use my suitcase but after I unpacked it was too soft. I called the front desk to ask if they had a step or something I could use for a step; he laughed and said no one had ever asked for one and he didn't have one I asked if he would look for something he laughed again and said sure. That was the end of that. the bed is so high that if someone fell out of it they would break a hip!

The bed is lower or a step available.I had to get up during the night and then struggle to get back on the bed.

The lady at the front desk was nice and professional. When I asked them to give me some clean sheets for our beds, they did so promptly without complaint.

First of all, I have never had a hotel require a $100 cash deposit. The beds had hair on them. When I asked an older man at the front desk for extra towels for the pool, he gave me a hard time about it. He actually asked me to return my dirty towels when we were finished with them! The pool was nasty. Also, I thought my family did a good job of cleaning up the room when we were ready for checkout. When I went to return my keys and get my deposit back, the cleaning crew actually asked my children to take the things that were left in the fridge. I feel like the staff are actually hateful and bitter. I understand that anymore, people can be trashy; however, the way that we were treated during our stay was very poor. I have NEVER had an experience like this before!
