Arrived late at night and staff were friendly and lovely. parking was great and secure. Room was large, clean and beds were very comfortable. Great location expected if you want to go to Premium outlets

A perfect location. Staff was extremely friendly. The property was well-kept and hallway and room was very clean. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay and plan on staying there again when I’m in the area.

I honestly can’t think of anything that I would have changed. Everything was beyond expectations.

No late night meal options close by.

We were unexpectedly displaced from our home in the area. The staff was very helpful in getting us in and extending our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great with a variety of options. Will definitely recommend for our out of town family and friends when they are in town and would definitely stay again if needed.

Couldn’t keep window blinds open as the ground floor room is very close to the car park. They have a printed sheer in the window which doesn’t let in much natural light. So always need the lights on in the room.

Great breakfast

This location has a very good mix of amenities. They seem to really understand what most travelers need.

The breakfast was amazing! For example, there must have been 10 toppings for the hot oatmeal.

I booked the room because I had a cold and didn’t want my 98 year old father in law to get it, but I couldn’t get the heat over 74 degrees.

Everything was perfect. The first time, I stayed at a hotel and slept all night.

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was fairly small but very clean.

The breakfast offerings were OK but the eggs were a bit rubbery. The beds and pillows were just OK not super comfortable. The dogs fees are the highest I have ever encountered. $75 per dog. We have two dogs so this made our stay quite expensive. Overall this was a nice place to stay but we will not choose it again due to the high cost of their pet fees.

our bedding was clean, but it had a faint odor. not too distracting but it was present. I wished I’d brought my linen spray!

Nothing was perfect.

We loved how clean the hotel was and how friendly the staff were. We also really enjoyed the fire pit by the front entrance.

The pillows were too flat for our preference, and we had trouble finding staff in the late hours to pay for snacks from the market.

Friendly staff on all the shifts. The lobby and room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

The Breakfast, the room, the beds were comfortable, the shower was awesome and the staff was very nice.

Easy highway access to everywhere we needed to go. Clean, beautiful, and peaceful. Chelsea at the front desk was great both nights we were there. Elevator was quick and rooms were comfortable! Loved the coffee, hot tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. Overall, a really wonderful hotel that we would stay at again.

Didn't love how dark the room was. We had every light on during the day and the shade up and it was still pretty dark. Fine if u are just staying here to sleep but a little too dark if you are trying to spend time in the room. Didn't love the breakfast. Grateful they had one but it just wasn't as nice as most places at that price point. Didn't love that they had the tiny bottles for shampoo/conditioner. Most places have the dispensers on the wall so we didn't bring our stuff. That was a mistake! These things wouldn't prevent us from coming back but they are things we noticed.

the breakfast was a bit lack luster and on the weekend they struggled to keep things stocked because it was busy. we ended up getting breakfast in town on Sunday due to the experience on Saturday.
