Location is the only thing I can say

After traveling and tired, my reservation was made, but when we got to the property, noone was in the office. We called three times, no one would answer. There was no bell, phone to access someone, we knocked, and still no one came. We left and had to find another hotel. This is very non professional, and conducts poor business. After finding another place to stay, they then wanted to call to see if we were coming to stay. I just hung up. 🙄🙄

TERRIBLE LOCATION. PEOPLE WHERE HANGING AROUND OUTSIDE ALL DAY,AND NIGHT. WISHING I COULD HAVE WITCH HOTELS THE MINUTE I PULL UP. I DIDN'T WANT TO BE CHARGED FOR THAT FOR NOT CANCELLING IN TIME.

mattress was pretty hard. bed sheets dirty. couple roaches. had to check in outside a night window instead of the lobby. I didn’t take any pictures as we only staid one night but the pictures on the listing look a good bit nicer than the actual place

All bedding and bath towels were either stained or unwashed. bath was still dirty and bath fixtures were missing

We got there early the girl in the front desk checked said our room was clean gave us a key, we went to the room it was not clean it had somebody's stuff in it luggage and all we go back to the desk to get a different room they tell us it's not clean we'll have to wait we waited an additional hour in the parking lot in the Sun we're finally giving a room, the closet had not been swept out there was hair stuck to the bathroom wall the stove did not even have knobs needless to say we didn't stay they even had tape on the table

Nothing absolutely nothing the location would have been great if we would have actually gotten to stay there

The lady at the front desk was really nice but other than that it was probably leaving.

Absolutely everything, the door was wide open when we got there, the mattress had cut marks in it, the trash was full, the pillows were torn to shreds, and to top it all off the bathroom had mold in it.

The staff won’t help you they actually just listen to your complaints and then give you a fake smile and blow you off! They refuse to get a manager or report problems to the manager. I’ve been here for almost two full weeks and my room hasn’t been cleaned not one time! I haven’t received fresh linen or towels! My ac never worked from day one and I’ve been getting lied to daily that they will fix it! that was on 2-9-23 and it’s now 2-16-23 and it’s still not repaired. I’ve been to the front desk so many times the clerk knows my room number by hard but she still refuses to change my room or fix the problems in my room ! I was told on Sunday that the exterminator would be to my room on Monday to spray for the roaches 🪳 crawling around in my room and today is Thursday and still no one has come to fix or spray. It’s sad that they will take your money but not accommodate you properly. I just needed a place near my work to stay for a few weeks until my place gets ready and I chose this motel because it was a good location but that is all this place is good for because they could care less about the guests who spend their hard earned money here! We’re all just cash cows for this establishment!!

Location

The room was dirty and linen half clean: dirty floors, toilet, top of refrigerator, flat pillows, dingy looking towels, sheets, and bedspread. A dirty towel was already on the floor, used towel and wash cloth was hanging on the bathroom door. There was only a small amount of tissue. No cookware nor silverware in kitchenette. This could be a nice hotel to stay in if only they mop the floors and get a better cleaning service for laundry and put fluffier pillows on the beds.

There were bugs in the rom. There were no drawers to put anything in. There was no lamp on the nightstand. The wifi was just barely usable, sometimes. There was a lot of noise from other people all through the night. The office isn't open 24/7.
