I liked it all as far as the facility.
Booking.com sucked at updating my stay. They said they updated it and I was charged for it but it did not update to LaQuintas system, therefore I paid for 4 nights through booking.com and had to pay for the fourth night again with my debit card.

Breakfast was really good
Bathtub did not have a plug. The bathroom floor was quite dirty in the corner. All ice machines were broken and we could not get any ice. Their computer system was out so my reservation I had made earlier was not in the computer and I had to pay again. Half the motel is under remodel.

Rooms are starting to get a bit rundown. Lampshades, bathtub etc. The pillows are really uncomfortable. The television was tiny and does not have a guide.

Our bathroom door didn’t close, we had to use a suitcase to close the door. The lamp had a rip my sheet had a tear. The bed made us roll to the middle. The breakfast was scarce. It said it was a great hotel but we didn’t get any of that. The shower had a wild spicket and was flooding the floor.. each bed came with two fly pillows only. Very disappointed.

Nothing this place watches you shower. They have holes in the bathroom ceiling to watch. DO NOT STAY HERE

The young lady that checked me in was very helpful and polite and wanted her customer to be happy by all means. She made sure that I was able to get a room for what she had available. She took the time and commitment to write down and inform the next person that came on shift if any cancelation had come up for the next morning to inform me. I really appreciated her for that. This young lady needs to be recognized for her outstanding job at customer service and because of her I will stay here at this establishment again! Thanks
My actual reservation was canceled for the 2 nights stay and nobody informed me or called me about it. So I had to try and find me another room for my stay.

the lobby looked updated, and the breakfast area as well. the house keepers were very polite.
the windows where dirty like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. In the room the ceiling had water damage there was red spots on the carpet looked somewhat like blood. the tv volume didn’t work.

2. Refrigerator didn't have bottom door bar to hold items in shelf door. 3. Cushion chairs very dirty. 4. Roach in RR. 5. Sound on TV went out. 6. I booked online but didn't get the 2 day stay, get one free. I stayed 5 days.
My husband & I are Pastors & we were in town for a funeral. Very unsatisfied.

First of all, I've already given you a review. Please check your records. I'm going to do it again, but my mind isn't as fresh as it was several weeks ago. The location was good. Some of your staff was great. My complaint: I requested a fragrance-free room when I first made my reservations. I called your hotel twice before my arrival and twice on my arrival day and was assured all four times that my request could be honored. When I got there, the check-in clerk was very accommodating and let me check out four rooms. I found one that did not have much of a fragrance. The next morning, when I tried to take a shower, the turn-on was broken and I couldn't get the shower on, The duty person came up and was able to get it on and said, "See, it works." No, to this 83-year-old lady, it didn't work. I didn't have the strength to turn it on without the piece that was broken off. I told him to just leave it on "shower" and I'd be fine. My next problem was breakfast. The coffee in the pump pot was cold. Also, on the fourth or fifth day I was there (not sure which) I asked for sausage and was told that the person who was supposed to cook them didn't show up for work so there were none. Really!
My request was not honored, even though I made four phone calls to your hotel. See above.

The first room that they gave me the carpet was wet and the bed too but they change me of room the next day.
