We LOVED our stay here! The hosts are so friendly yet we also had plenty of breathing room. The breakfasts are really delicious, made with quality ingredients - and there was plenty of variety with cooked options, piles of fresh fruit, and one morning the best lemon poppy-seed loaf cake I've ever tasted. As for location, it's a short walk from the falls along the river, far enough out that it feels serene and quiet but close enough to easily get there on foot. There's also a regular bus service along that road. The room was beautiful, large, with a large bathroom too. Very very comfortable. If we're ever back in the area again we will stay here, no question!

John and Joyce were exceptional hosts. They were cordial and helpful. The house was beautiful and exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful!

The property is beautiful and in a great location to walk to the falls. The hosts, John and Joyce were very gracious and made us feel like we were at home, except they insisted on doing everything they could to remind us that we we’re on vacation! They made us feel like family and treated us as such. We would recommend the Bedham Hall B&B to anyone looking for a great location, great hospitality and a great breakfast! Thank you John and Joyce for helping us truly enjoy our 40th anniversary trip! We hope to see you again soon! Blessings!

The location on River Rd is very convenient to all downtown attraction and only 1km to the Canadian Falls.
We took our Ebikes which eliminate any parking issues, while visiting the various attractions which for the most part are all along the Niagara Parkway (& Trail).

manager looks after your every need and planning your breakfast, The breakfast menu fir me is to die for although their were three primary hardy breakfast's to choose from. Once I heard Eggs Benidec our decision was easy, and we was not disappointed it was absolutely delicious.
We liked everything about our accommodations. My only regret was we did not book early enough to get a room with a large soaker tub. Our room had newly renovated shower room with all upscale finishings. That including floor to ceiling new tile, 5ft long shower area with overhead rain shower head and an extra large wall shower that had the option to detach it for hand held and a foot wash faucet

The owner is most welcome person. Place clean and upgraded washrooms but kept everything traditional way. Best place to stay for a romantic night.
