The building

The noise was ridiculous at night. People were slaning doors, talking loudly, and a lot of commotion going on.

The manager, I believe, Ms. Kim was fantastic. She was personable and attentive. We will stay at the Harbour View location again. Thank you Kim for your professionalism.

Bathroom lighting was okay, but for applying makeup, a magnifying mirror would be a great addition.

Cleaning place

The restaurant staff was exceptional. Front desk staff were good but didn’t go the extra mile to help you. We stayed 10 days and only had light room cleaning twice and one time because I complained. Finally, I bought garbage bags and emptied my own trash. Then, I took a bag of dirty towels down to front desk. I wanted a room with two queen beds and the only double bed rooms are full size. The bathtub drained slow and the a/c wasn’t working properly. The indoor swimming pool is extremely small. It does have a beautiful view of the park and the breakfast food was exceptional. I guess I just expected more from a Hilton.

THE FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE WAS VERY NICE

I WAS REALLY HOPING TO USE THE HOT TUB BUT IT WAS DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE, THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE NOW WHILE I HAVE STAYED HERE :(

Front desk staff was super attentive and polite and efficient! Kitchen delivered my meal to my room within 10 minutes of me ordering.

Toilet ran all night. Furniture is dated, broken and not up to a Hilton standard. No laundry bag (even a plastic one) available for dirty clothes I traveled in. No menu for room service available in room.

I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

It was clean. I had a good view, and the bed was comfortable.

The pool was drained and not usable. I chose the hotel because of the pool.

River view was beautiful, Bar tenders and staff were very friendly

booked for the pool that was out of service! No communication about pool being inoperable! The beds were very uncomfortable!

smell of room was overwhelming stink upon entering and for several hours after, shower was clogged and backing up when taking a shower, beside lamp not working, tv remote not working, ice machine not working top floor

beautiful exterior and lobby, but room is very basic. walks and carpets could have been cleaner. old furniture, limited usb. I was surprised by how basic the rooms were.

The convenience of the location to downtown Suffolk.

The disturbances throughout the nite. People knocking on my door after 1:00 am. The loud doors shutting. The extreme noise "All" night.
