I kept having to log into the wifi.

Nothing at all.

Noone was at the front desk. It smelled like Marijuana. There was no place to plug in my phone. The bathroom plug did not work for blow dryer. The hotel lost power at 10 pm. I felt unsafe. It advertised breakfast. There was nothing.

No shampoo or conditioner, 1 bar of soap, 1 large towel ( needed 2 min) very skinny pillows, good matress.. very nice man as staff, very friendly...

Breakfast ok but not a large enough area. 3 small tables. I booked through booking.com while I was looking for eastern LI area. It directed me to Old Saybrook and I didn’t realize it was Ct. the booking was not cancellable so we took the 3 hr ride just for overnight trip. Lots of traffic going home, 4 hours. Towels in hotel not clean enough and corners of old carpeting needed vacuuming. Stains on carpet also.

Too far for overnight trip and towels not clean enough. Hotel needs updating.

we were only staying here for one night, just passing through on our way home. we liked the location, close to several restaurants and a Walmart not too far away. no carpet in the hotel room which was nice after seeing the carpet in the hallways. overall, I would stay here for one night passing through like we did but I wouldn’t stay here for any longer. I’d pay extra to have the comforts of another hotel.

this is an old property and it’s easy to see that. it smells old and also like cigarettes. the carpet in the hallways looks old and grungy. it’s very loud. walls are paper thin you can hear everything, even through my ear plugs that I use for sleeping. it also just kind of feels “dirty”.

Smell of room was awful. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke. No breakfast as advertised. Threadbare towels. No coffee pot in room. Squeaky bed. Lousy mattress.

That they refunded me and the front desk clerk was amazing and very kind

It was the last room Room they had and it had a mold odor and dehumidifier in the middle of the floor .
