It had a kitchennette

Although the hotel is smoke free the room smelled like cigarette, the carpets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the AC didnt work, the night staff Maria was rude. You had to ask for everything at the fromt desk like plates and dishes although its advertized to be a well equipped room. They only give 3 towels although there were 5 guest which were preciously booked. The laundry room people put their clothing in my dryer. The place felt unsafe. The hallways were SUPER dirty and the breakfast was horrible

Friendliness of staff.

My phone didn't work in the US. I thought it would be easy to get airport transportation. It was stressful waiting for a cab after the lady at the front desk called a cab for me using her own phone. This is not your problem but the city's problem. There needs to be an easy way to arrange airport transport for guests without cell phones. I know, it is the way the world is now, but there should be an easy backup when cellphones malfunction or a customer doesn't have a cell phone. Also, please supervise cleaning of rooms. There was men's shaved hair on the upper left side of the sink. Last, the toilet did not flush. Reported it to front desk.

The property is in poor state, one of the liftnis broken ( it's apparent due to violence) the surroundings are infested with drug users, the corridors smell of weed, the bath tub is corroded, the staff do not know even if I paid the full payment upfront or not.

This place wasn't meeting the expectations for several reasons; 1- once I got at the entrance door the bad smell said welcome. 2- the place looks like nursing home not a hotel. The staff are friendly, but the hotel wasn't welcome. I wasn't staying , I was asking for my refund. I didn't even let my family to come in. This hotel is terrible...

Everything except the staff, the staff are working very hard and they are professional.

Leroy worked hard to get me a room away from any noise so I can sleep well

The breakfast was lacking and the coffee was taken away at 9:30 would be my only suggestions to change. Yes for $100 a night I can stay other places that have warm food.
