Really most everything was old and needed replacing. But after the 3rd room, we did sleep pretty good that night. Bed was hard but ok.

Looked at 3 rooms to get one. 1st room smelled smoky, window wide open with no screen, beds sunk in the center, burn hole in sheets, 2nd room refrigerator was hot, 3rd room was better but air didn't work real well. Was $100 so really not a good thing. In their behalf they were doing construction. Price way high for what it was. Because we went out late to find food, we asked for late checkout, girl said 3pm which I thought strange and said we would not be that late. Began knocking at our door at 11:30 and I said we have late check out. Next thing at 12:30 came another, we told them what we had been told, and that we were packing up. At 1:00 came manager saying that girl was new and wrong. But really that wasn't our problem.

Dirty inside and out, terrible smell in the hallway of floor 3 like grease or oil, room and hallways smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Room was dusty. Curtains were broken and also had a softball size burn in the curtain. the furniture was stained terribly. The towels were dingy and stained. I purchased cleaning products to clean and sanitize the room as well as air fresheners to attempt to mask some of the cigarette odors. The door also had a large gap at the bottom and you could hear everything from the hallway inside the room.

Beds were very comfortable. Very pleased it allowed pets. Loved fridge and microwave in room.

Trash in parking lot, bordering the building, cigarette butts all over back near doors. Hairdryer ripped from bathroom wall dirty tp shoved in the hole! Bathroom walls dirty(I washed them). Tub did not drain, stood in 4"of dirty water. Door lock on wall busted. Outlet for fridge/microwave coming out of wall-dangerous! No screen on window- was nice out to keep open. Laundry didn't work-found laumdromat. Vending did.not take $ to buy anything. When power went out in small storm, personnel had no flashligjts or source of power. NO LIGHTS IN HALLWAYS on any floors! Good thing.it wasnt a fire! even the exit lights did not work. A granola bar and coffee is not a breakfast of any means. We had to go out each day for breakfast and that was part of the reason we chose to stay there. Keys kept not working, got new room cards 2x in 4 days. Elevator got stuck with alarm 2x when we walked out of it.

Our booking stated that we had breakfast included in our stay, which was the only reason we booked this hotel instead of the one next door. We woke up early the next morning and there was nothing there. I don’t understand why the booking would specifically state that and no one told us, otherwise we would have stayed somewhere cheaper. There was also a dead insect on the floor when we first walked into the room. They are renovating the place but it has nothing to do with cleanliness or the lack of breakfast we paid for. There was stains on the bed sheets and the room and bathroom had not been cleaned. Especially being pregnant, I was hoping for a pleasant stay. Disappointed, usually I stay in Super 8’s for long trips but very disappointed in paying for something we didn’t receive.

There was no breakfast.They had to chage my room because of dirty soiled bedding. Then the new room had no towel bar in bathroom and no towel . had to go request towels. Lady at front desk looked misarible.

The rooms were clean, welcoming, and didn't smell like other places we have stayed. The staff was friendly and prompt. The location was perfect.

Only complaint we had was the king mattress was a little uncomfortable. It was worn out and had indentations where each person slept.

The location was convenient and the staff was pleasant.

The rooms were not clean. We changed rooms once because the first room smelled so strongly of cat urine, it was intolerable, and the bathroom door would not close for privacy. The second room had a different smell, but not nearly as bad. The smoke alarm was missing from the ceiling where the cords hung. The room and bathroom were not very clean.
