Front lobby door broken( should of been my first hint) No ice machine worked Was not told pool was empty and not available for guests Felt like I was the only guest in whole place

How quiet it was- not a lot of people staying there

How it said they had a pool then when we arrived it wasn’t open- they should state that on here.

The hallways have very low ceilings and changing levels in the floor. Both pools pictured have been closed down for years apparently. Elevator sounds like it’s on its last leg but stair are closed for remodeling but look literally abandoned.

The room was clean.

We booked a hotel with indoor and outdoor pools but both pools were closed for restoration. We also wanted a hotel with a restaurant but apparently the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. There were no tables or chairs at the continental breakfast area.

The beds were uncomfortable and the mattress had a bad sag in the middle and worn out

I liked the location and cleanliness and the staff was friendly

Both pools were down and there were a ton of ants. Also, there were no fridge or microwave :/

It was a prime location near a lake, very suitable for the family!!! The staff was very pleasant, professional, and courteous!!!

The pictures of the property did not reflect the actual rooms. The room was dirty with dead bugs all over the floor.

The staff was very nice and accommodated requests promptly. The hotel was quiet.

The parking lot is a disaster, DEEP potholes, not kept up, in desperate need of resurfacing. Even though it was on a golf course, none of the surrounding landscaping was kept up. Grass was out of control and weeds everywhere. just gave the impression nobody cared. Both beds in our room were so worn out that they had huge depressions in the center and they were nearly U-shaped. They were easily 2-3 years past their service life. The cable TV service was awful, looked like something from the 1990's. The shower did not drain. Not enough towels in the room for 4 guests, had to request more. Bottom line, this hotel needs a complete overhaul and we were very disappointed. for spending nearly 800.00 for a weekend, this was shocking and the worst hotel we have stayed in in the Morgantown area in the past 4 years we have been coming there.

Everything! The pictures on the website are not TRUE! There is NO Swimming Pool! I side or Out! No Americano or Contenetial Breakfast! There was cob webs on my curtains and windows. There was a smoke detector from the 1980s stained yellow from tobacco smoke! iIt worse the decision of my life. I booked it for a 40th birthday weekend! and it was insanely gross! it was the most disgusting decision of my life! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON YOUR SUCH S RUDE ESTABLISHMENT

Front desk employees were very nice and polite during check in and check out.

Absolutely terrible for the price that was paid. When you think of a resort, you think of a really nice place to stay. I've had better value during my stay at a $60 Red roof in. No fresh towels between nights. Towels were very dollar store like. The place was just completely run down. Hall ways were very old and gross. Beds were not very comfortable. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. Just overall completely frustrated with what I paid for a weekend stay and what I got in return. The room definitely didn't match the pictures.

Location was ok other than the massive chunks of pavement missing from the road to the resort potholes deep enough that if not dodged could cause vehicle damage

We had to come to Morgantown so that my wife could compete in skills USA nursing competition while she was busy doing this I was tasked to keep our 3 children occupied for 3 days, the ONLY reason we chose the resort was because of the advertisement of an indoor pool but upon arrival we were informed that the pool was shut down which I believe should have been disclosed on the website instead of being deceiving. So not only did I over pay for a place that I was under the impression was suitable for our needs I had to find somewhere to take the kids which was to the aquatic center which cost me even more money for 3 days of swimming. Will definitely be in contact with federal trade commission, consumer reporting and the BBB. To ensure that when someone pays for ammenities that those are available and that if they are not that it is disclosed before any agreement or purchase.
