The pool was nice.

The a/c was not working good, the microwave and fridge weren't working as well.

It was really hot outside and the water in the shower would not cool down at all. There are a a lot of ppl outside but it wasn’t too bad.

I NEVER GET MY ROOM BECAUSE NOBODY SHOW UP TO GIVE US MY ROOM AND I HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL ALMOST AT NIGHT AND I WAS WITH MY WIFE THAT ITS HANDICAP AND MY DAUGHTER THAT ITS A MENOR AND ITS WAS PIT IT DARK AND I HAVE TO LEAVE AND OAY ANOTHER HOTEL WHEN I HAVE ONE ALREADY PAID ITS THE WORTH EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE WITH MY FAMILY

There was a cracker box holding up the shower rod, the staff made it a big deal to get clean towels, the tv didn't work, it was missing 3 light bulbs so one lamp didn't work.

the beds where made but it looked like It hadn’t been swept there was other peoples hair by the bed & bathroom floor was filthy

Very Disappointing No Star property. other hotels close by including best value inns

Reception covered in juice on marble floor. Trip and Slip Hazard. Receptionist very very slow. Room filthy and nod not resemble the photographs. Room smelled of damp .
