Key card did not work 3 times

We were only there for a day, nice place for the day.

We liked the place.

The beds, cleanliness, and the staff were all amazing. The comfort is definitely outstanding!!

We were disappointed with the complimentary breakfast. All of the juice options were out of order. A way to make up for that would've been to offer single juices for the guests to choose from. Not everyone drinks coffee.

Comfortable beds and good location

The white Bath towels were a little dingy And the breakfast Was not a full on breakfast it was continental just cereal a waffle Maker And Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits No eggs And sausage on the side 🤔 and no coffee though out the day just during breakfast till 9am

I love the fact that my room didn't have any carpet. The floors were very clean.

The front desk man was very kind and patient. He deserves a raise.

The A/C in my room didn't work.It would turn itself off every 20-30 minutes and I had to turn it on again, all night long.

Hot tub

I arrived at 2:00am and had already paid for the night so when we get there they ask for a 50.00 deposit. Okay that’s fine so I try to give 50.00 cash then to be told that OH IF YOU ARE USING CASH ITS 100.00!!!! Like WTF??? It’s late we are tired and ready to go to bed so here’s the card then. WOW ARE YALL READY FOR THIS???? All of a sudden my room is cancelled!!! Remember by now it’s 3:00 am!!! So we leave to have to go find another place to stay…. So I would rate them as a ZERO🤬

Tree by front parking needs a trim

It was easy to find and close to Schlitterbahn, dining, and necessary shopping. It felt like a safe location. Overall everything was very clean and looks updated. The staff was nice. I forgot an item in the room and they had it for me at the desk when I remembered it later. The room was plenty big for 3 people. Breakfast was mostly good with waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, cereal, microwavable sausage egg and cheese biscuit, packaged Danish, juice and coffee. Price wise I thought it was slightly better than what was available in the area, and about what I've paid in the past for similar hotel rooms during peak time in other tourist areas.

The incense mist in the lobby and hallway is too strong. I began coughing immediately from it. I could hear every move from the people above me. They stomped and banged around loudly until after 11pm, then began again in the morning. I didn't complain because we wore earbuds for our devices most of the time, but I was on the verge of doing so. Be aware that we could also hear people's conversations from their rooms as we walked down the hallway. I did have to get clean towels and more soap at the front desk because we stayed 2 nights, but we did like that nobody came into our room while we stayed there because you have to request housekeeping for a multi night stay.

The staff. I had to wait for over an hour for get my room. The front desk person was very rude and not very helpful to me

I liked how close it was to the attraction we was thr to see and the staff was friendly and helpful

The 1st night when we got thr our room had a smell of mildew in it but the next day we told the cleaning staff and they deodorized the room

Location of highway was good. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast options were good; would have been nice to have boiled eggs or scrambled eggs.

WAY overpriced for the room/location/food/etc. Price point should be $50-$75 less for the type of hotel. Not likely I will stay here again for my next two trips to New Braunfels in the next few months.

Reasonable price for a comfortable and clean room. We were only there to sleep and we slept very well. The Texas waffle was great!

Management was amazing. Very large cleaning staff that was always busy cleaning rooms and common areas. Very clean!

I did not have the breakfast but it smelled delicious. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay there again
