ac didn’t work asked to get a different room was told no both days I was there it was hot rooms were really dirty had 6 dead crickets in the room there was lube under the bed dresser we’re broken and when I asked for extra towels they said no

There was no breakfast. Not even a coffee maker in rooms.

Air-conditioning did not work. I had to change rooms.

That's the thing, I thought I had booked it due to the free breakfast and only coffee was served...because the lobby cafeteria was being remodeled. IF they would have said that there was none provided I would have booked elsewhere. The room was not well either, it had unfinished outlets....without the faceplate. Carpet was removed in most of it.

the fact that it was false propaganda about the clean and nice kitchen area, plus for 2 nights we paid 282.00 dlls

.The room smelled horrible. The floors were dirty and there were people in the parking lot with guns, the police jad yo be called. I will not recommend this Inn nor will I stay there ever again.

Our first impression was the staff speaking with a customer in front of us, extremely rude and hard of hearing. They got to us next and there was no warm welcome or smile, the lady up front looked annoyed the whole time. Spent almost $400 for two nights and there is sketchy people hanging out all over the stairways, you smell cheap weed the whole way to your room. our room was non-smoking but still smelled like a failed attempt to clean out the smell. if you lift the covers on the mattress, the mattress is yellow. our blankets had stains and gross dried stuff on it. the carpet was sticky in some spots, wear shoes at all times. the final straw was when I turned to lock the door, we saw a roach run out from behind the curtain. there are roaches in the bathroom, don’t leave anything on the floor and don’t leave food out. i will never recommend this place to anyone and I hope this business fails until they can get their act together. ridiculous.

It was close to Schlitterbahn, close to plenty of great places to eat after a long day of playing, they were pet friendly for a very reasonable fee, early check in fee was very reasonable.

Not all the lights worked in the room, the shower pressure was less than ok, the chairs and the mattress cover in the room had stains on them, the bed didn’t smell fresh and the loud partying at 2 AM will definitely keep you awake. We had to make 2 calls to the front desk to handle it. I rented 2 rooms and it was not worth the nightly charge. I’ve rented better for less

There was nothing to like!

This was the nastiness place I've ever stayed. It was so bad that I had to go to Walmart and get cleaning stuff. The beds were so old springs. I wanted a refund because my family was scared to stay. We spent more money 💰 just to stay in the room. It was so GROSS..... refund was refused $288.00 waste of money. To stay somewhere else.

property was not clean, people were loitering, smoking pot & drinking most of the time outside. We had to change our room due to there being mold in the ceiling, & the new room we were assigned did not have good working a/c, the stove didn’t work, microwave was also down and shower didn’t have a proper shower head. Also, we asked for non-smoking rooms and both reeked. The top bed sheets even had cigarette burns.
