Billie Jean checked us in. it was late at night, she upgraded our room, which was beautiful, she was extremely pleasant, and next morning, she was still smiling and quite attentive watching over breakfast and making sure everyone had what they needed. New front desk person also very friendly. Loved this place, the room, the breakfast, and the staff was the best of anywhere I have stayed in recent years. will always stop here on our way to Florida each year now.

I have stayed there twice. The breakfast is suprisingly good - and the staff interaction made sure all customers were pleased.

The train tracks were right behind the hotel and became busy at 6:30 AM.

room ceiling was full of lady bugs, and around bathtub there was unrepaired damages. Staff was very unprofessional at night shift.

I booked online and paid online and it said no refunds. When I got there and white lady seen I was black demanded a 150 deposit. I check out next morning same white lady say room smells like weed. Mind you I’m Muslim and don’t do any drugs and said she keeping my deposit. I demanded to see a manager. While waiting I asked the white guests did they have to pay a deposit and they all said no. Her excuse was she didn’t check them in that’s why they didn’t pay a deposit. It should not matter who does check in every guest or no guest should have to pay or not pay. Finally a manager came a Indian lady. I explain to her what was happening, she went straight to room checked everything and instantly gave me my deposit. The owner called white lady to back while I received my deposit. No apology or nothing
