It was nice, clean, and comfy. Staff were friendly and breakfast had a nice selection.

The only thing to be aware of is that it's almost impossible to make a left out of the hotel parking lot. Be prepared to make a lot of right turns and circle around the block.

The rooms had a nice setup with the couch and desk. We didn't eat breakfast as we wanted to try a couple of local restaurants.

The first room we were in overlooked Walton Blvd. The noise from the street was terrible all night long. The next morning we asked to be moved to another room. We were accommodated and the room was much quieter and we were able to sleep.

Everyone was friendly, The breakfast was delicious and well stocked. The pool was fantastic - the hot tub was broken but the pool was warm and great!! The room was clean and comfey too

THE HOTEL IS IN A CENTRAL LOCATION HAVING ACCESS TO JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING. I WAS PLACED CLOSE TO THE ELEVATOR WHICH MADE IT VERY CONVENIENT FOR MY HANDICAP.

EVEN THOUGH IT'S A GREAT LOCATION, GETTING IN AND OUT ON THE HIGHWAY WAS TERRIBLE IN THE EARLY MORNING OR WHEN EVERYONE GETS OFF WORK BECAUSE THE HOTEL SITS CLOSE TO A MAJOR INTERSECTION.

The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in at a hotel. the room was spacious and the staff were extremely friendly.

During our one night stay the pool was not operational but they had someone working on it immediately trying to get it back to normal.

hotel is in need of renovation. everything works, but just so. furniture dated, shower working but not properly, tv in living room very old and dark. you do not get fair return for the price.

Location is good and breakfast was satisfactory.

Monday we received clean towels and washcloths but no new box of kleenex. Tuesday room wasn’t serviced. No clean towels, washcloths, etc. Trash not emptied, no kleenex or toilet paper - had to go request the items at the desk. Couldn’t seem to open the blinds to get daylight, the carpet was dirty and there was a lot of door slamming late (11:00 p.m.) and early (5:00 a.m.). Pillows on bed also smelled like oily hair.

Nothing room was smelly,dirty and disgusting we spent one night and had to go to a different hotel.the desk staff non response and advised no other rooms were available.we inquired about cancellation policy and were advised to contact booking .com you all know how that works both sides pass the buck and take no responsibility. We were charged$328.02 for one night and then had to get a different motel. I will be posting a ver bad review on every possibly site unless you stand behind your no cancellation policy.

it was what you’d expect from a good Best Western.

the room location near the freeway. The freeway noise was extremely loud. we could not sleep, even with ear plugs.
