The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the morning staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location is conveniently close to the Landing and downtown area..

We chose a place with a pool for the kids, but the water was unbearably cold, raising concerns about the chemical balance. The hot tub was pleasant; however, it was overcrowded with children due to the pool's low temperature. The staff member who checked us in appeared to be frustrated and disorganized, reacting somewhat defensively when I inquired about the paperwork for one of the rooms, which she had neglected to give me, attributing the oversight to her predecessor.

They allowed my Great Dane and that means a lot to me.. breakfast was great.. very friendly staff!

We got stuck on a elevator and had to take the stairs. The manager told us sir It has a “hiccup” .. the room wasn’t getting cold , a/c unit kept going on and off

The room was clean

The Air conditioner sounds like a helicopter starting up every time it starts up and no water pressure in shower

Location is close to the hospital

It needs updated. You can tell it has potential to be nice, it’s just not really nice. The parking lot seems dirty

I loved everything about this property! If I ever was to return I will definitely book here. Family friendly and wonderful breakfast. Very convenient for the strip, you start right off at the beginning and it’s not a bad traffic spot. The staff was very friendly also.
