Location

No food. No bar. Ice machine on 4th floor. We were on the 1st. Room was similar to a motel 6, but at a 4 star hotel price!!

Room was very clean, hallway was a disaster.

Staffing at check in was poor, only one person checking guests when the hotel was sold out. Lobby/breakfast area was a complete **** show. there were cartons of who knows what stacked in area, there were actually mattresses line up against the wall.

I liked how close it was to everything. The lady that checked us in Friday was very nice and helpful .

The room stunk, the fridge didn’t work. The door stopper was broken inside the wall. The shower was very weak. No curtains or nothing. Water all over the floor. The lady at the front on Saturday was rude. Asked about the bar/restaurant and she didn’t seem to like that I asked about it. Didn’t feel safe sleeping there at night, no one at the front and no key to get in the front. Also charging for parking is kind of weird since we’re staying there

Location

One of the beds did not have sheets. Asked for sheets and had to undo and make up the bed myself. Three towels for four people. Had to ask for more. Asked for sheets for pull out bed and was told we could only have the fitted sheet for it. The tub would not drain during shower so you had to stand in several inches of water while trying to shower. Not a pleasant way to shower. Housekeeping never came to freshen room.The price of the room was too high for the experience we had.

The location was perfect, walking distance to everything.

The front desk was very rude. My daughter asked for towels for her room so they all could shower (4 paying people in that room) she first refused, then made my daughter go get the dirty wet towels from the room and then only gave her 1 in return for 4 people and said they would bring the rest and they never came. Also, they state they have breakfast they no longer offer that as of 2 weeks ago, but still advertising it! The website states a gym. There was a gym, but now they taped the name plate, and it's beening used as storage. We came with family that had their own room with 4 adults, and they were charged to park their 2nd vehicle which I thought was ridiculous they don't even leave in the same household so why would they drive together??

We like staying at the Villa Victor due to the location of the property to the Old Town and other places that we like to go when we are staying in St. Augustine. It's always clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. It's a great place to stay!

Nothing really - everything met our expectations, as usual!

The property was in walking distance to downtown.

I didn’t like how their shower was not properly working. it would take a while for water to go down the drain. They even charged me twice for parking once online and another time before leaving.

very close to the historic district. loved that we could park for free at our hotel then walk to everything

outdated rooms. dirty ring around the tub. cleaning was questionable
