The facility was clean. The only staff person I saw was the check in clerk who offered to help us with our luggage because the elevator was broken but he had a line of people checking in so couldn't really leave to help us. So we made multiple trips up the stairs with our luggage.
The elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Another person should have been hired to help people carry their luggage since the elevator is broken. There was only one person to check in people.
Also, no grab rails in the shower which is important to older travelers.
No decaf coffee or tea was available - again something that is important for older travelers.
Obviously this hotel doesn't want to cater to older travelers.

The location is perfect. Beds could be a little more comfortable.
Most of the staff was very friendly. Couple of the maids and breakfast staff impolite

They didn't clean our room, we had no toilet paper or towels. I had to ask the front desk for help. They brought me a broom and sheets for me to clean it myself and change bedsheets. When house cleaning finally came, they said our room was a pigstine. Keep in mind we had no towels or tp. Our room was empty. They still didn't sweep or mop. Front desk didn't believe me and sent someone else to take pics. Once I checked out she threw my deposit envelope at me. I'm assuming she was owner or manager. The only good experience was how close the hotel was to everything.

The area was nice. It was easy to locate with plenty of parking.
Hidden charges, a $150 damages hold, room was not clean when I arrived. A/C was intermittent so sleeping was difficult.

On check in I was felt racially profiled by front desk agent Nathan. I was told I would need to inform them of any other guests, as if I was throwing a party or something. My wife and I simply came to celebrate our anniversary, I was charged an outrageous deposit fee, there were stains on my let out couch, and my blanket had a dirty black residue on it, I called the front desk Nathan answered the phone and I informed him of the stain, I asked if another could be brought, and was told I will have to bring the blanket down to the front desk to get a new one, it was then that I informed him that I had spent over $200 on this room and that I needed someone to bring me a fresh blanket immediately, it was then that he informed me that he could not leave the different desk because they were short staffed but on my check-in there was another young lady beside him, I'm not sure if housekeeping wasn't present, Nathaniel finally decided to be a good host, and bring me a new blanket, it was thin that I showed him the stains on my let out couch, because I have been charged a deposit fee for any damages and wanted to inform him that that wasn't from me, and I would inform him of any other damages seen so I wouldn't be penalized, after that everything in me wanted to leave and ask for my money back because I had never had a hotel experience like that, when people come to a hotel they expect hospitality I feel Nathan lacked the people skills and guest service skills to give a hospitable hotel experience, instead of letting that ruin me and my wife's night we stayed, and we put the ordeal behind us for the night, in the morning on the way to breakfast I ran into someone that seemed to be a owner or manager and I spoke with him about the previous nights ordeal, and was even informed by him that this wasn't the first time Nathaniel had been involved in an ordeal like this, he even went as far to tell me and I quote Nathaniel has said n***** go back to a...

Everything is fine, the only problem is the cleaning staff. This last time I knocked on the room's door at 9:40 in the morning. and the scheduled time to leave is at 11:00 in the morning and for the guests that is something bad
