I liked everything about the place.

Comfortable, quiet.

For the value I normally would expect more luxuries such as restaurant, or lounge, maybe pool. For approximately $233.00 a night, was a little pricey for just a room.

Last night we were there, people in next room were very loud. Got worse when they were told to quiet down.

We did not get a room with 2 beds as per our reservations. The hotel staff said it was bookings.com fault. Not the hotel. The reservations were made over 3 months ago. This is second time this has happened to me with bookings. Not happy but not sure who to blame.

The free breakfast is not worth it. No bagels/bread for toast. Our towel rack was broken along with the hook on the back of the door. We told them about it and they were like ya we know.

Breakfast was good. We were hoping to see more Christmas decorations since we were at the North Zpole.

the continental breakfast was lacking quality. There were not a lot of choices. i checked in with a service dog the night before. The next day, a lady at the front desk yelled at my husband for having a dog on the second floor. I called ahead to make sure it was ok. There must be no communication between shifts.
