It was clean
The mattress and the pillows need to upgrade. But over all it was fairly nice.

there is nothing to like about this place they have bad bags everywhere
if you really care for your health or care about not wasting money don’t rent this place because they have Bad bags everywhere I couldn’t sleep they switched me 3 different rooms all of them had bad bags I had to go other place spent money on other hotel this will end your life the bad bags will eat alive so y’all better stay away from this place 🪲🪲🪲💯

Very clean rooms with all essentials included. The bed was very comfortable. The level of cleanliness was very good, and I really appreciated it. The staff was respectful and did their best. Thanks for the good service and please keep up the good work!
The room was lacking a refrigerator, but I guess this is the same for all Red Roof Inn locations. Other than that, nothing negative here.

when I got to my room there was a gentleman in one of the bed asleep but they changed the bed in a timely manner

Felt unsafe; room had a bad odor; lights flickered; men right outside of door; lamp did not turn on; everything was outdated/smell, just felt gross; area overall felt very sketchy.

Location is convenient. For the most part clean but quickly going down hill. Cleaning could be better! BEDBUGS SO DO NOT STAY!!! They will say they don’t however I have pictures, I also took the bug to show front desk and was told “I believe you, we have been dealing with them for sometime now. Just come to the office around 11:30 and the managers should be here to assist you”. She also informed me to throw the evidence in the trash that them believing me wasn’t going to be a problem. Unfortunately they refuse to grant any refund for the inconvenience!! The BBB will be contacted and I will also be contacting the Health Department in reference to this matter. I am demanding a FULL REFUND and will take this to court along with pursuing any and all charges needed.

The lady was asleep at the front desk. She looked young. My tv in my room didn't work. I believe I was in 302 and there was blood spots on the bathroom floor. It felt absolutely disgusting there
