Front desk staff was great!

received confirmation email from doubletree for room reservation with two queens but was given room with king and pull out couch, since reservations was made through priceline i was caught in loop between priceline, booking.com and the doubletree even when the room confirmation email was from the doubletree.

Everything was smooth, from check in until check out. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn't get offered a cookie everyday.

the bathroom had no fan. was too dark.

The room was very clean, and the breakfast was great

we booked a room with 2 queens and was given a room with a king. Nothing was suggested for us to recoup our loss. there was no hot tub. the staff that prepare breakfast were apparently not trained to provide proper service and I was given raw French toast.

I liked the ambiance of the hotel it was very nice and decorative. The big tree in the lobby was pretty and it was very clean and fresh.

The fact that I had to pay for breakfast! I can understand a price for the buffet which was actually a reasonable price but continental breakfast should be included in the price of the stay.

Friendly staff great location

room was being updated as we left, should have been before! we moved to another room that was in a lot better shape after 3 nights! They did take money off our bill since we had to move. The hotel was starting renovations starting with the top floor where we were. people at front desk were wonderful though!

Accomodations

No free breakfast. It should have been included considering the price I paid for the room.

The location was ok, if a bit out of the way from the part of Cary where my family was staying. The television screen was large. Everything in the bathroom worked. The room was clean.

Internet reception was extremely poor. It constantly cut out. I was offered a bait and switch for good internet if I signed up for Hilton Honors. That is not serving guests. That is taking advantage of them! The room was small. My back hurt after a night's sleep. Anything good at the hotel cost extra. The basics were bare bones at a much higher price. There were very few outlets to charge my devices. The clock had the wrong time, which caused confusion when I needed to pick up family at the airport. Overall, it was a one star experience, which is not what I expect from a Hilton property. The furniture in the room was a bit knocked about as well.

great staff, delicious breakfast. prompt help when we had a small issue

the room coffee was the only thing we weren’t crazy about. complimentary coffee downstairs was delish!
