The room was on the bottom floor.

.I booked a king size non smoking room. When I arrived they could not find my reservation. I showed them the reservation and confirmation on my phone. They then offered me a room on the ground floor but said it did not have a TV. I asked if it had Wi-Fi and if it was a non-smoking king bed and they said yes. I reluctantly agreed and went to my room. Once I got to my room the bed was a twin. I went back to the front desk and complained. They asked if a wanted a room with two beds. I told them that I just wanted to king bed. They asked me if I was going to have company. I said no I just wanted a king bed. Apparently they didn't have anymore. I told them they needed to reduce the rate because I did not have a king bed nor did I have a television.. After a lot of discussion about what the price actually was, they reduced it $7. After bringing in my suitcase and my dog I could smell the smoke. Even though it was marked as a non smoking room it was definitely smoked in. There were no hand towels. I tried the Wi-Fi and it didn't work. Frustrated, but very tired I decided to just go to bed. I walked my dog and went back to my room.. Somebody began banging on my door. I cracked the door to find the receptionist saying something about a pet fee. I told her I had put in my reservation that I had a small dog and nothing was said when I checked in. I also told her after all the trouble I've been through I thought they should be kind enough to let me just go to bed. The woman left. I tried cooling down the room but the AC didn't work well. I did not get any sleep. And left very frustrated.

We came for steak competition and needed a place close to highway to sleep for couple of nights. I did a huge mistake not to check on references and book a first place popped in search by default. First room they gave us was impossible to enter. There was a strong smell of flash decomposition (I do not where thisnl dead animal was hidden, but clearly noone even tried to search for it), furniture broken, simply no place where to hang even close, and broken washer reservoir. We had to show what didn't went well!! Seriously?! 2nd room was only dirty, for example on sink tap there are someone dried snots and many more. We obviously wanted to sleep a night (we were off the plane after 11 hours flight) and check out immediately, but we were charged immediately whole stay and we read all references (while at place)(((((that they like not to reimburse, so we've stayed. Big mistake. Pay attention they have bed bugs!!! I was bitten and had bad rush. Really Really do not repeat my mistakes and check references before booking

The office smelled of body odor. The staff were indifferent at best. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Guests were sitting in the parking area in lawn chairs, drinking and smoking. I left my wallet in the room, and called to ask if they had found it. They said housekeeping didn't report finding it, and no they wouldn't go back to the room and look again. They reluctantly agreed to let be come back and search the room myself. After a 2.5 hour drive back to the hotel, they let me into the room, and there was my wallet, exactly where I told them it would be. I had already canceled the credit cards.

Room 204 was really quite disgusting… I went to local Walmart and bought cleaning supplies. Pretty bad when you leave a room cleaner than when you entered. Fire Your current cleaning staff. The ick in the room was from years of poor cleaning..

three of the lamps did not have light bulbs. Parts for dresser laying in room. Shower curtain rod mounts coming out of wall. Toilet paper holder falling out of wall. Hair dryer didn't work. The wooden chair in room look like they got it from the dump. We decided to leave the next morning. while walking out the door in the morning my wife slipped and fell from the water on the sidewalk from the air conditioner. I was so pissed we just left without telling the front desk. I didn't think it was a good idea to talk to them with the mood I was in. Left key card in room.

The rooms are very dirty. The keys don't work and you have to have help because the doors have the be moved in and out. It's awful. I am a single lady and older. Someone slipped a note under my door asking me if I needed more help getting in or if I wanted a. F CK buddy then left a phone number. They have no phone chargers so my phone went out and my son could not contact me. I was very afraid to go out to my car after dark after the note was left to charge my phone. They have no phones on the rooms. I have PTSD and this was a definite. trigger. My son came the next morning and the middle easterner at the desk called the police because to have him removed for asking fir my room number and he kept asking which unit i was in. The police came and told me. My son is also in trauma and I want my money back. This place should be closed. The guy next to my room said it was really bad. The weekend before due to a bunch of druggies were going wild down the way. I really have never seen anything like this. You need to check these properties out. I worked in the courts for many years. This place is a place for criminals. They need to leave. Shut down.

The beds were full, not queens. The room was stale and mouldy smelling. The blankets and sheets had old cigarette burns. The walk in front was filthy.
