👎🏾 I have been a guest at this hotel a lot. I am a loyalty member and I am highly disappointed in management after this trip that was cut short within 30 minutes of my arrival.

I didn’t like the receptionist demeanor towards me and my family. I did not like how we were asked to vacate the property when SEVERAL individuals came on this property looking for trouble and assaulted my 17 year old daughter in front of my 10 year old granddaughter. . my daughter was assaulted, kicked in the head and began seizing. EMS came and transported my daughter and myself to the emergency room where I was told she had a concussion and would be hospitalized for more in depth treatment and observation. so hotel receptionist said my family and my daughters family had to leave because law enforcement was called to the hotel. but we were paid guest and the hotel ALLOWED non guest to come to the property, assault a guest and her resolution was to ask us to leave. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and I have called and sent request for a full refund because I did not stay . I no longer want to be a member or guest. because that wasn’t a great example to show guest,

Toiletries too small.

It was great! The kids loved the waffles!

I wish there was fresh cut fruit. I did appreciate that there was apples and oranges though.

The staff was nice and helpful...the jacuzzi in the suite was amazing and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good.
