Everything was amazing! I really recommend this hotel. It has everything you need for nice vacation. Especially breakfast were perfect!

Nothing. It's a bit far away from Manhattan, the metro is about 17 min walk. But a bus stop is just behind the corner and combination with metro is great.

Location is great, parking available on the street is good too, and breakfast included is worth it. Mini fridge in the room was helpful.

We were on the first floor close to the stairs which are facing the main entrance. Room’s door wasn’t adjusted so every time someone would come in, door would slap. Super annoying at night. Had to put my luggage in front of it to keep it from moving. Also Libby desk very small, seemed a bit cheap. Not a good first impression but I was pleasantly surprised by the room. Beats the first impression.

I have stayed at this location several times and I really love to stay here. It is in a perfect location, there are free parking spaces in the area (in addition to the hotel offering parking for a fee). They have phenomenal breakfast every morning from 6:30 - 9:30 AM, which just started 1/22/24. The breakfast is really good! The rooms are exceptionally clean, the WiFi provides good internet service and the TV is nice. I really love this place. Also, the city is not far from this location, maybe a 20 min drive depending where you want to travel to. For me, this place is perfect! And it is reasonably priced! They provide complimentary water bottles.

There is no microwave nor ice machine.

We were so happy with the stay. Breakfast was amazing, room clean, bed is very comfortable and location was just 10 minutes walk from subway and bus station is just around the corner. We would defenitly stay here again!

все отлично: красиво, тепло даже в декабре, хороший номер , есть кофемашина, кофе, воду ставят на каждый день новую, делают хорошую уборку каждый день) завтрак простенький, но с утра поесть перед прогулкой подойдет!) находится в Бруклине , но до метро дойти можно спокойно, минут за 10) спасибо! при въезде просят депозит 100$ с карточки, но вроде должно все вернуться, еще не проверяли)

Amazing rooms and offer Roku tvs so you can watch any streaming service! Everything is very clean and very comfortable. The rooms look exactly like the pictures.

Only downside was you had to pay for parking for every night you stayed.

Breakfast below all criticism. Location far from the center and the subway station.

We arrived by car, easily found a parking spot, paid $22.50US per night for parking. We were super close to a great bus route, so it was super easy to go into Manhattan for tourism! Very happy about that. Every evening, we arrived back about 7:00 pm and there were very nice, small, folksy restaurants very close by for supper!! They were fun!! Super glad the cleaning personnel didn't replace our towels everyday ... environmentally friendly option!!

The room had a musty smell, perhaps the airconditioner filter needed cleaning? But everything was super clean and nice in the room and in the very small lobby. Only one elevator, but only four floors to the hotel, so no trouble for us. The breakfast was super convient, but very basic. Hated using all those plastic utensils and seeing the trash bins fill up fast with plastic, plastic, plastic.

Very friendly staff who couldn't do more to help.

The room had a strong fusty chemical smell, which wasn't cleaning products or anything I've smelt before. We asked to switch rooms which the hotel didn't but that room also had the same unpleasant odor. We stayed for the 3 nights and put up with it. Other than that, we enjoyed our time there.

Nothing…because they gave away my paid for room (we had a family emergency) and arrived a day late. They refused to refund anything, so I had to pay for another hotel on top of the money they took. Asked to speak to a manager 3 times and there was never one around. I have NEVER had a bad experience with booking.com or any of the hotels we’ve stayed at until this.
