this was one of the best Super 8 hotels we have ever stayed in.

I like the size of the rooms

Could have been a little cleaner. The comforter was dirty looking. Cheap patch work in the bathroom could have been a little better.

Staff was nice

There was no heat in my room and had to check into a different room

No one was there at the desk for checking. I had to go hunt someone down. There was never a person at the front desk. Just a sign to call a number and that number rang the front desk and no one answered it. Bathroom tub was dirty and towels were gray. Thre was old stains on the sheets. Breakfast was next to nill. I've stayed at other Super 8's but this was by front the worst. Sorry, it needs help.

There’s no privacy on first floor. My and my girlfriend noticed and wanted a different room that’s on a higher floor but, the person at the counter said there was no room available in the whole hotel even though it showed available rooms online. I even told them I would pay more to change rooms and still got denied. The curtains that cover the window are thin and see through so parked cars with their lights on seen the whole bedroom easily.

the toilet didn’t flush and we repeatedly told the staff. they never offered another room and stated the maintenance person was out due to illness/injury for several weeks.
