The fridge in the room made a ton of noise, our room door was hard to open and close, there were no towels in the pool area, and there weren't supplies to purchase from the entrance to be able to wash a load of laundry

Phones didn't work rooms were nice,but worn ..... since I understand the building is 8 yrs old of wear and tear....

The location was close to North Carolina A&T. This was my first time staying at a Home2 location. The facility was clean. The staff was attentive during breakfast to make sure everyone had what they needed. The weight room was clean. I appreciate the wipes for the equipment.

The bathroom fixtures in my room need to be updated. They were discolored Also, the shower had a bit of rust and dirt in the door track.

The hotel is a little aged. Had some peeling wallpaper in the room. We could not turn off the air conditioner and it would not change temperature. Staff was excellent.

The room had a smell there was spots on the ceiling the toilet wasn't clean the couch was dirty the front desk was rude during breakfast

I paid for a queen size bed, I feel the bed wasn't a queen. I'm 6ft4 1/2 my eet shouldn't hang off the bed when I'm completely in it

The sign said breakfast started at 6:30am and both mornings it wasn’t ready at that time. We left the hotel fat 6:45 and it still wasn’t ready.

it was dirty, room and bathroom not cleaned properly. Bed sheets had hole and stains on them.

Staff was great, and the amenities were nice

Red splotch on the floor of the walk-in, crusted mess on silverware in drawers, broken toilet seat. Main issue was I was undeniably bait-and-switched on the price of this room. I was sold a room at a hotel that was stated to be pet-friendly but was not given any option to state I was traveling with a pet, so imagine my surprise when I’m told there’s an additional $75 charge for my dog and I’m now paying close to double what I was quoted during booking. And then I get to my room and find all the above issues. Livid.

the staff was friendly. they did a great job of cleaning the common areas of the hotel.

the pool was cold. they don’t clean the rooms which is understandable due to circumstances but that meant nobody picking up trash or giving us supplies without us calling. they did bring what we needed quickly though. I wish at check in they had let us know what to do with trash when cans became full.
