Bed bugs and room wasn't as clean as it should be. I've stayed before and it was decent but this time less than that.

the manager (Sharita) was very accommodating when I requested an early check in due to my needing to freshen up prior to a formal matter. My entire experience with this facility was a very positive experience.

The lighting in the bathroom was terrible.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, it had a mini small fridge in case you got any groceries with you. The breakfast was simple in choices, yet very yummy.

I did not like the discomfort of the bed as it's a bit on the harder side, but easy to sleep.

I liked the location as far as being close to the family I was visiting.

When i got to the hotel i went to give them a new card to charge for when we checked out and they said we can switch it when it came time. The staff stated they informed me of an authorization of the charge for our stay when they did not. I woke up the next morning and to me it looked like they had charged my card. I had to make sure that "hold" was taken off and I saw my money in my account. Over $600! I was not please with how I was treated when I had initially talked to the manager Ray about the situation. I got my account balance fixed before I left which made me feel a little bit better but they never once told me they were going to hold my money.

We enjoyed our stay. We just got married and it was nice to get away.

The phone didn't work, 2 of the light bulbs were burned out, the TV looked like it was from 1990. The TV looked like it was all red or green or blue. We expected HBO though it was not advertised. The bed was hard. Poor service at night.

There was a large bug in my bed; no hair dryer in the bathroom; the breakfast was average; coffee was terrible.

Breakfast was good. Jimmy Dean Bacon & Sausuage egg and cheese sandwiches, fresh pancakes (self-serve pancake machine), cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit cup, muffins, danishes, apple & orange juice machine, coffee and tea. One of the best continental breakfasts I've ever had. Hallways had high ceilings. I'm tall so little things like that make a big difference. Rooms were a nice size, I didn't feel like I was sleeping in a closet. Note about roaches: I was weary to book this hotel based on other reviews about roaches. I stayed 7 days and had Zero roach encounters anywhere in the hotel. Full disclosure, I found 2 small dead stink bugs. Perhaps other reviewers mistook stinkbugs for roaches or maybe they fixed the roach problem but my stay was roachfree.

The indoor pool is small, but the entire complex is small so it's fitting I suppose. Elevator is small and the A/C was not working during our stay so it was a bit hot. The room A/C worked great though.
