Everything was ok

wasn’t notified that there was a payment prior to getting the room as I used this app to get a room at the same location but I didn’t have to pay a deposit at the time. not sure what changed within a 4 day time period. still waiting on my deposit and extra charge that was placed on my card that wasn’t authorized.

There's not much I liked about it

I booked it on here it's supposed to be ready at 4:00 but when I got there at 8:00 it still was not ready it was still not cleaned it was dirty the door was wide open we had to sit in the car and wait for them to clean it so I will never stay here again

I didn't eat breakfast.

The floors were very dirty, the bathroom was very dirty, the microwave didn't work, and the room stunk.

beds were so comfy room was nice we had fun staying here staff is so helpful

everything was decent

Was charged more than what was on my booking and they jist made excuses. Will not stay there again

Location and proximity to freeway

Room was dirty, most electrical outlets did not work. coffee pot did not work in room and coffee machine in lobby was not functioning either. I paid $100 for a very unsatisfactory experience.

First of all the room was dirty, a pair of false eyelashes were in the middle of the floor ,as soon as I walked in they were in eyesight.... Now I travel for work so these kind of things can be overlooked till this happened... I noticed on my card was an extra $100 charge right off the bat, I was reassured it would be refunded the next day. The next day I woke up to a message from my credit card Co telling me this motel was trying to take off another $150 from my card. I called the hotel immediately and asked for a manager, the lady that answered stated he wouldn't be in for 2 days and insisted I tell her why I wanted to talk to the manager so I did, she then got extremely hostile and let me know that I was being charged for smoking in my room. I told her I didn't smoke!!!! I absolutely do not smoke, she then told me she has pictures of cigarettes and the room smelled. I told her it smelled like smoke when I got in there, she then started to yell at me telling me they will get even more the first time because I smoked in my room. I finally had to hang up because I couldn't speak over her screaming. Basically she took money from my card and got caught!! I am disputing the charge but would recommend not to stay there unless you want to be robbed.

Location was good. - Right off the freeway. Staff was helpful and appologetic.

We were very disappointed in the place. Ice machine was broken, TV had new carrier and staff had no idea on how to get it to work. Staff was good and tried to help. Also in our room there were 4-5 crickets, the wood floor was uplifted and cracked. Room seemed clean but with all the cricket. Oh, almost forgot. We went to the front deak and asked for a different room but when she showed us the other room. Crickets found again. This room did not have a TV remote. Went back to our original room and front desk person finally got the TV to work. So we stayed in that original room. Then the next morning, my wife found a small lizard in her unzipped luggage bag and when she opened it up in the morning - it jumped out. Wife freaked. Breakfast was not good. Ended up eating frosted flakes because of no eggs, yogurt, fruit. Nothing for people health concious. The staff had little information about the Casino which could be a drawing point for the hotel.

Location was great . Price was awesome . Staff was very friendly. We will stay again the next time through . Only the next time I will book are rooms down stairs … I hate to admit that it’s too hard for me to go up and down stairs it was my fault not the staff .
