The property was very clean and had easy access to ball fields!

The smell is horrible.. the bad smell bad..I was afraid of waking up with bites. The smell was horrible..but for 54 dollars what should you expect.. The front people are very nice and I feel bad about this review .. so to the owners

Checking in was easy. They were able to get our 2 rooms close together. Both the day and night shift front desk staff were friendly. It was close to our family event we were attending.
The hotel was quite broken down and in need of many repairs. Many of the fixtures in the building were broken. In our room it was hot and smelled like smoke even though it is supposedly a smoke free facility. There were ROACHES! We killed several in our room and they were everywhere. 🤢

Absolutely nothing
Bugs everywhere, roaches and crickets. Rooms were dirty, all the fixtures in the bathroom were falling off the wall, sheets and shower curtain had stains on them. The toilet seat was only attached on 1 side. Very questionable people hovering around the parking lot at all hours. Smelt so bad we had to get a plug in for the room. I was charged full price for 3 days before I even got to the hotel to check in. And pics online make it look very clean and nice horrible surprise when we got there. Carpet in the hallways was ripped. The cleaning ladies didn’t vacuum or mop each room they swept the bugs and dirt out into the. Hallway we had to step over all that nasty from every room for hours. And they still didn’t vacuum. They swept it into a dust pan. That was it.

The price, location was great.
A semi truck took up 3 parking places close to the building(parked sideways). All other trucks were in the back of the building.

We loved the location and the beautiful setting of the hotel.
There was a lot of maintenence issues. Door handles falling off, refrigerator not safely secure in the cabinet

They charged 25 extra once there then they didnt have any trash cans the showers didmt get hot at all and then the next day they kept my. Deposit i dont even smoke and claimed it was trash everywhere and i smoked

The owners are very rude they live on property over 4 of their family members came to door back to back at 11:19 I told them I over slept and I’m showering now the older guy the dad jus opened the door as I was drying off without any clothes on I started to call the police!!!
Nothing it’s the owners they all stay on property 1st night they placed me in a cold room,and gave me a electric heater very dangerous so I didn’t use it and how unprofessional they could of moved me but said I’d have to pay more for a double bed,so I stayed Christmas and they harassed and harassed that one room as if I was trying to even stay til 11:30 yelling on Christmas morning check out at 11 then the dad jus didn’t even knock use his key and came straight in the room I was naked drying off,putting on my clothes I strongly should of calling the police for that and all 3 others seen me naked in the hallway I was very pissed off

The bed was really comfortable and the shower was nice!
Outside of the room, there was a smoke odor like someone had been smoking. I saw all the rooms were non smoking so some people are not listening.

The property was on the run run down side once you got through the lobby.
the beds were old not comfortable, the pillows were horrible, we only had 2 towels and 2 wash clothes for 3 people, the carpet in the hallway was old and stained up, the rack in the bathroom holding the shower curtain was rusty, we stayed 2 nights and the bed didn’t even get made for the second night, went out side the next morning to someone hiding behind the dumpster container smoking weed.

I did not like anything about the property.
The room had a horrible smell as soon as you walked in. The bed was dirty and had cigarette burn holes. The bathtub was dirty as well ! This place is horrible ! Not even just the room but the hotel carpet and walls were dirty as well. There was also a cockroach in our room , and we asked to be moved but they wouldn't. Please do not book at this place !

Staff friendly.
Linens were stained, along with the towels. No mirror on the wall, bathroom sink to high had to get on my tippy toes in order to brush my teeth and wash my face. Shower rod broken. Did not try breakfast due to our experience with the rest of our stay.

Nothing. There were bugs in my room in the bed along with long curly hair everywhere my hair goes to my shoulders along with dog hair EVERYWHERE. I HAVE NO DOG
