We did not get to stay we had to check out and leave because it smelt like mold. I requested a refund

Everything was great! Breakfast was excellent, room was clean, staff was very friendly! will stay here again.

toilet broken door broke refrigerator broke asked for another room couldn’t bc they were sold out said I couldn’t get money back to sign up for holiday inn and I’d get 5000 point they only gave me 1000 I’ll never go back I go to Ardmore every two weeks for work

convenient, near the interstate and food/shopping places.
staff was very helpful and friendly.
very clean room and comfortable beds.
telephones in the rooms did not work. we had a water leak in the ceiling and tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work. we were well accommodated as we we switched to a new room. there the TV didn’t work and again the phone did not work . They tried to get the TV on but couldn’t.

indoor pool was open and the hot tub worked!

The staff was AMAZING! I brought my daughter and a few of her friends for a slumber/swim birthday party and the staff made us feel so comfortable! They even got together and signed a birthday card and gave her a stuffed animal (which ended up being one of her favorite gifts!). The manager was so great with all the little girls at breakfast, asking them lots of questions and keeping them entertained!

the property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful
our shower had some issues. the faucet wasn’t attached at the wall and wouldn’t completely shift from faucet to shower head. the TV didn’t have a “guide” option

Bathroom faucet didn't work. Tub shower faucet was loose and wobbly.

The hotel was very clean. The staff greeted me as I walked in and were very nice. Breakfast was great! My kids loved the pancakes. The beds were also really comfy.
