Location was great !

It had 2 elevators and we would have to wait because it was so packed

The room was nice. All the staff that we encountered were very nice and helpful. It is in a great location. Easy walk to wherever you need to go downtown. Will definitely be back next time I need to be in downtown Atlanta.

For the price I paid (more than 200 Euros per night) I was really not expecting such a small room, with no light, no view, not even a bottle of water. Such a price is not understandable for the quality of this hotel. Floor is not really clean.

Location was great. Short walk to good restaurants, Peachtree Center, The Benz and State Farm arena.

The check-in staff seemed a little distracted at check in. Not very friendly. Lack of parking options at a reasonable price.

Hotel stay was very good. Staff very professional and and provided great service. Location was great, within walking distance to stores, conference and etc.

Parking was the only issue I was not happy with. Having to pay for parking after already paying to stay at hotel was not something I expected. I thinking there should be available free park for hotel customers that come with there stay.

Only the staff from the morning and evening were nice and cordial.

The staff from the night is the WORST!

Hotel is in a excellent downtown location. Parking is nearby. Roof was very comfortable and spacious.

Breakfast was served in boxes. No room for personal choice.

Very comfortable bed and good location in downtown part of the city, next to metro station so a great base to explore the city

It is a bit odd that there was no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom in the room. It was fine for me since I was staying alone, but it was a double room and I would have found this not great if I had been with my partner.

Location and valet parking

The sofa bed was dirty with crumbs and stains. Didn't like the fact that the doors to bedroom and bathroom had gaps in it

The staff was concerned and corrected a over charge and gave me the correct charge

The 1st male checked me in over priced but at check out the mistake was corrected

Clean room, a good size - no need for a big one, but it was not too small, and it was clean (apart from the fact that it was not serviced the first night I stayed there)

The reception and ground floor facilities are dark, cramped and depressing. Not a place you would like to come 'home' to in the evening

THE LOBBY WATER WAS AMAZING! The staff was also very nice and Valet looked out for our vehicle.

Homeless people central! Every-time I stepped foot outside the hotel there was a homeless person standing, sleeping or asking for food, money cigarettes etc. It made us very uncomfortable while waiting for our truck. Hotel was was okay they offer housekeeping every other night so our room didn’t get cleaned during our weekend stay. I hated the shower the water filled up around my feet due to the drain being placed oddly. Overall a very uncomfortable stay , wouldn’t come back .

Parking situation. Checked out early and they didn’t help to get my refund from a third party booking. Had to make a million phone calls and got an excuse after excuse. Basically ripped me off.

Plug in the room not working Remote for tv didn't work. Called front desk..put on hold and disconnected. Called back again and the person they sent was none too happy about it
