Proximity to restaurants and sports venues. In walking distance of professional football and basketball arenas. Great restaurants within a 5 minutes walk of the hotel in all directions.
Parking was at a nearby garage. It was cold and raining. Valet parking would have cost $100 for a 2 night stay otherwise.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly
A pool

The room was comfortable, breakfast was very nice, and the location was convenient for me. It was nice to have a suite with a kitchen, which offered a lot of flexibility. The fitness area was usable. Located right across from a MARTA station, so travel to/from the airport was easy.
My flight was diverted by a hurricane, and I asked if I would be charged a cancellation fee. The front desk said I wouldn't be charged, but I was, only I didn't find out until I saw my credit card statment. I had to join the Marriott rewards program to get free Wifi.

There is nothing that i don't like it.

The staff was really great, the room had an old smell like the carpet needed to be change.
I also saw someone else’s hair throughout the room
The breakfast wasn’t good, no good options. I don’t eat pork and that was the only option available

Comfy room. Good bed. Heat control and its sound good.
47 dollars for parking!!
Extreme price for concessions on lobby.

Nothing
Did not receive room we requested.
Transferred to another hotel that did not have required number of beds.
Needed to go back to Residence Inn, only to be moved yo another hotel.
General Manager Yancy Lewis was extremely rude and extremely unhelpful.
Breakfast was horrible. Almost nothing available, 30 minutes before scheduled close. No fruit. No yogurt. Juice was mostly water. Staff extremely unhelpful.

It was in an old building that had been restored and it was absolutely beautiful. Had a full kitchen and huge room.
No pool.

It was a nice stay! The room was quite spacious. I particularly liked the big window views.
Just one suggestion I have. Toiletries labels in the washroom were not readable. Use a print color that is dark enough on a light background ('Shampoo', 'Conditioner' and 'Body Wash') I really struggled to figure that out without my spectacles and even with my spectacles at times as the light was dim.

La limpieza pesima

Big room, great view, downtown, close to attractions (CNN, Coca Cola, restaurants etc), good breakfast.
A bit noisy.

The location was in walking distance of where the event I was going too was at. It was perfect for me. Easy to get too. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The kitchenette was cute and had everything I needed including a microwave fridge coffee machine and utensils. The breakfast was good
It had a variety of things. And fruits as well.
I didn't like that the breakfast only had pork as a meat option. This day in age ALOT of people are either vegan and or don't eat pork or red meat. It should be an option for us.

The room was very spacious, we had a small kitchenette that had all the amenities we needed. Very quiet too, although I knew I had neighbors, I did not hear them. The bed was comfortable. Good firm matress.
Breakfast was disappointing: scrambled eggs, sausage, 4 kinds of cereals, yoghurt , bagels and muffins. No slice of bread.
The parking that was included, was not honored. Valet said our car was an oversized vehicle. We drive a pickup truck, 6ft bed. We ended up parking it ourselves , probably in the same garage where he was supposed to do so. Ended up paying $48 for 1 night.

The bed was comfortable
The attendant at the breakfast place was very attentive. Although I saw a small cockroach in the bread box. The sink in the kitchen in my room was leaking. I reported it to front desk but they just put a bin under the sink to catch the water.

Room was beautiful and clean. The queen bed was great. The view was great. The Breakfast crew worked like Trojans to provide our crowd with food, though understaffed. Breakfast was great. Waffles were a hit! The support crew brought clean linen for our sofa bed right away. Desk Staff were impeccable and spot on. Valet service was a life saver - had an emergency and loved their prompt service. Location was perfect - a short walk to the venue which guaranteed no unnecessary traffic and general noise after hours. Your staff made this stay the excellent choice.
Sofa beds should be checked for wear, ours was uncomfortable. TV provider is sad - can't get all local channels. Hotel Kitchen needs to be better stocked and a few more staff for holiday weekend breakfast - I felt bad how hard they had to work to keep us fed and happy, and it seemed that there weren't enough utensils or plates for a 2-hour breakfast window.
I know how early they come in to start preparations, because I asked (did food service myself) so they should have had time to get everything ready, if they had enough supplies. Food came sporadically so that multiple trips had to be made to get a complete plate of eggs, meat, etc. The hotel knows how many guests they have and they underestimated ordering enough food and utensils for breakfast. I found the laundry cart so got my own replacement towels after the second day (they don't dry really well hanging in the shower area). Know I could have called, but they were there and we were going out for the morning and needed to leave then.

The location was absolutely amazing. I felt safe and could walk to the restaurants as well as Centennial Park. The room was great, big enough for me and my brother. He enjoyed the amenities as well as the fully stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!!
I appreciated the breakfast. I would have liked to see more fresh fruit options. Breakfast was served 7am-9:30am on the weekend. Most of the food was gone by 8am. Not sure if they were working on refilling the food, but I barely had a decent breakfast.

Muy limpio, cómodo y céntrico
Todo ok

I liked that it was in the middle of everything we were planning on visiting, Coca Cola world, the aquarium and other good spots
The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all, for being the face of the hotel, she was not pleasant to deal with and also, no free parking in the hotel.

NEVER CLEANED MY ROOM IN 3 DAYS

We chose the hotel primerily because of the location. The metro station is around the corner, so getting to the airport with the luggage was quite easy. All other downtown locations are 15 min walk away.
The room didn't have a table or chairs, so the kichenette seemed a bit redundant. Some glasses and pots were dirty. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and when we arrived we had to asked for additional sheets and towels although we booked 2+2. They did provide everything when we asked. The breakfast was actually alright, but the second day when we arrived late there were no plates and waffles anymore, so arrive early if you want everthing they offer for breakfast.

We really enjoyed the room and the convenience to downtown Atlanta.
The water pipes made noises after use. I figured so given the hotel is older renovated hotel.

Everything was wonderful...location to what I was there for was close. Breakfast was yummy!
The only thing that I didn't like was how low the toilet was and you had to lift the seat to close the bathroom door. Otherwise everything else great!!

The room, the location and the breakfast were really good. The staff was really nice and helpful.
We struggle with the room's door/lock even the engineer had issues with it. And the TV just resets and we had to call the main desk to fix it... just to learn that the engineer had gone for the day.

The staff was incredible. Yancy at the front desk was so positive. Upon our early arrival, she couldn't get us into our room, which was understandable, but took and secured our luggage as we went sightseeing. Upon our return, she graciously upgraded our room. The breakfast was great, and the staff was so cheerful and worked to make sure the breakfast items were fresh and plentiful. The parking attendee and maids all greeted us with the same cheery attitude. A great location and value for sure.
