The property was very close to the beach and we had a nice view . It is a very clean unit.

There was no air conditioning which would would not have been a problem but it was very warm and humid and you had to keep the windows open and fans on at all times. The trains ran very often and the train tracks are located very close to the property. We did not get a good night's sleep. I would not recommend this property and it it is very overpriced for a property that has no AC and is very close to a train track. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and visiting family.

There was no housekeeping daily.

There was no breakfast provided. The location was execellent with a beautiful view of the beach. Love the balcony, the cathedral ceilings, windows, kitchen, living room, and bedroom. We were impressed. When we entered the unit we both said "Wow"!!!! We really appreciated the complimentary bottle of champagne and candy for our 50th wedding anniversary!!

I can't think of anything. We loved the unit.

1. Very safe location for the beach 2. Fantastic Ocean View 3. Nice designated parking space 4. Only 12 minute drive to Torrey Pines Golf Course 5. There are lots of good restaurants nearby 6. Very convenient access to the beach 7. Lovely pacific Ocean breeze and sound 8. Never bothersome local train noise
