Easy check in

Hair in the bathtub, restaurant prices were crazy expensive.

They upgraded our room for free. I asked them why and they said cause they could. It was a very nice gesture which we really appreciated.

Location was great.

No mini fridge in the room.

Free parking, convenient location, comfortable rooms and beds, airport shuttle

Fridge did not work (or may have been an extra charge), some rubbish present in our room when we checked in

Good location for us. We were visiting local sites and views. Our room was clean but the cool gray paint was very institutional feeling.

When we checked in, we were told that since we paid for our reservations through Booking.com (actually I think she referred to other means instead of booking directly with them) that we would not get any daily housekeeping except that towels would be replaced. Made me feel like we really weren't their customer. I know I can make my own bed but really....
