Definitely needs some updating and major cleaning.

Cozy little cottages with a large sun deck & private pool! Parking onsite was a huge help!

We put the sign on the door for maid service halfway through our trip and no one came. We simply found the maid on duty to get the towels we needed.

Beds were comfortable, location was great.

1st room was a dump. I've been in phone booths larger than the shower. Toilet was broken. Some ants on counter top.

Pool was excellent!

I felt photos were deceiving. Absolutley no curb appeal!!! The apartment I rented was on the ground floor opening onto a gravel parking lot next to a dance studio. The front of the building opened up to other businesses. The front door had a gap on the bottom lizards could crawl under. It was very clean. First day room service was great!! The second day room service consisted of trash emptied and extra towels in a bag beside the door. Beds weren't even made. Bed mattresses left a lot to be desired! No room darkening drapes over the blinds made it very light, hard to sleep. It took 4 minutes to get hot water in the shower first thing in the morning. I was told I would be called if the room became available before 4:00 since we arrived at 10:30 am. I wasn't called and in fact desk clerk said room wasn't rented the night before. A phone call would have saved us alot of hassel and time to enjoy our holiday.

It was cute and had a great location. The bed was comfortable and the pool was nice too!

The shower was tiny and there was no where to place your soap or shampoo ect. Needed a broom in the room due to sand that gets tracked in.

The place was adequate for our trip and affordable than many places in Key West. The main part of Key West can be reached by 10mins bike, easy to find. There is parking onsite.

A few bugs in the kitchen but nothing that we couldn't kill.

The only thing clean was the pool. Period.

This place needs a deep cleaning. The online pictures do not match what the room actually looks like. Our room had someone else's bathing suit in the bathroom, sugar ants and roaches! Bathroom faucet not clean! Gross! Broken tiles and wall/door needs a paint job badly. Kitchen glasses haven't been cleaned in some time. I'm glad I brought paper plates, cups, plastic ware and wipes!

Quiet

Mattress was bad, sheets and towels were not white. Hotels should never use colored rag. Can't sanitize/bleach them. Furniture needs updating. Loft was not finished, enterance door was filthy. Knobs on stove need replacing. And so on.

Close to Duvall street , easy check in . Bed comfortable , smelled and looked very clean , coffee maker , coffee , hair dryer , toiletries, microwave and fridge. Always had the pool to ourselves was really nice after a long day . Hardly saw anyone on property unless they were fixing something. Felt very private . We also had our own balcony that’s was soo great

Parking kinda sucked at times , but worked thru it . I saw a cockroach in our kitchenette .

Everything

There wasn't anything we didn't like. I would definitely stay there again.

The pool was a great touch. Towels were always delivered/ asked if we needed more towels and toiletries.

It was so close to everything and at a great cost. We had a pool that no one else used and had all to ourselves every night.

The kitchen was not well stocked at all. There was one tiny pot, and two tiny skillets. There were very few plates, no glasses, etc. This was our only complaint with the stay. We like to cook a few meals to save on money.
