I like the fact I was able to book one night through booking.

I did not like that my special needs niece had an accident, I let the staff know I was charged 20 for this incident on one sheet & a pillow case then I charge another hundred dollars on my card. That was not professional or customer service friendly, I have called this facility only to be lied to about the reversal of charges. We were also put in a smoking room, but the kids were tired & so was I. We literally stayed one night & charged more than our whole trip combined 😒

we got woken up same day and accused for something we did not do. front desk was rude about it argued with us and called cops on us to leave

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The area was quiet. The room was nice! Stocked with fridge, microwave and and a big TV.

They only left one set of towels when our stay was reserved for two and the shower curtain was broken at the top.

Staff was nice. There were beds. Close proximity to food.

On booking.com, the hotel is listed as pet friendly. When we arrived, we were told only dog friendly. Then, we were made to feel like they were doing us a favor by allowing our cat. There were bottles of something under the A/C and a huge mess of something being hidden by the armchair. The bathroom was absolutely filthy.
