The hotel was depressing, in a very questionable area and didn’t feel safe, and felt very outdated.

The room was nicely appointed, clean and quiet.

I did not like being charged the "incidental fee" on top of what I paid for the room. Basically this was a security deposit of $50 which presumably will come off my credit card once it's determined that I left the room in the same condition I found it--minus normal housekeeping services of course. I have not encountered this "fee" from other hotels.

I didn’t like that my shower has empty bottles for the shower stuff, I forgot my soda my room didn’t have nothin to use, i ended up using shampoo to clean my body 🤦🏾‍♂️😑

i didnt like that i didnt get what i booked for. i dont like how the managers were rude and didnt want to accommodate me. i was very uncomfortable and the room was very small. alll of the manager were very rude and wouldnt even let me get out a word. then they told me someone came to my room to let me know about accommodations and i wasnt there at thw moment however they didnt leave a mote or anything thing telling me to call or come to front desk to talk to anyone.

Not having a microwave in the room. 2nd room had slow draining tub.

Super clean room

the breakfast was $14.99. I didn't want to pay that much. There is NO POOL. The picture is a fake. If you look at the comments, which I did after my stay, people have been complaining about "the closed pool" for 4 years.
