My room had candy rappers in the trash the window was open so some could enter the room from the window cigarette ashes on the toilet in a non-smoking room

I just like the location and I like that it had different type of stores and gas stations close nearby

I didn't like the rooms they need to update the furniture my room wasn't clean property

Very dirty everywhere. Bed sheets nasty and had blood and other stains. Floors extremely dusty. Toilet dirty. And couch had the biggest stains ive ever seen. Room was set up nice it was just very dirty. I slept with a shirt over my pillow case & went down to reception to get clean bedding & made the bed myself even the clean sheets were sketchy. I touched nothing but the bed my entire stay

The only thing I liked was that the water was hot surprisingly.

I couldn’t get a refund even though there was bugs. I was told that it was a pool, that was a lie. I was told it was breakfast, that was a lie. On several websites it listed you guys have a flat screen with x amount of channels, that was lie. I was interrupted several times last night. This morning at 8 people were banging on my door saying it’s time to check out. As well as it being several bugs. Bathtub didn’t have a stopper. And it took 4 days for me to get clean towels.
