The staff worker on the phone was rude and unprofessional as I was calling to get directions and to find out if my room would be available if I arrived early

had some roaches and now property was outdated

Walls ceilings desperately need painting.Bath tub grimy with old layers soap suds.Metal heaters rusting.Aged decor needs a facelift. White bread waffles and pancakes juice and watery coffee.Minimal seating in small lobby.

The beds were clean and comfy

Cockroaches all over the breakfast area; filthy walls and grimy tub in room

Noise from upstairs occupants. Rooms and bathrooms are very dated.

The linens seemed clean, although the bottom sheet was not fitted, so did slide around a bit. The mattress was comfortable.

The sensor lights outside and inside the bathroom kept turning on and off! The tub had a dirt ring around it, and the ceiling tile over the tub was gross! The toilet was not fastened well to the floor, and made a loud clunk when anyone sat on it! Alot of crazy action going on in the parking lot, so was glad to lock the door (which had a large gap under) and pray that our car hadn't been broken into during the night! Also, was advertised with free breakfast. Didn't happen! But for the best. I don't think we would have eaten there anyway! 🤢

Room was dirty, hole in bathroom ceiling with plumbing exposed. clothes left from previous guest, “bodily fluid” stain on chairs, gap on the top and bottom of door into the room. staff was not friendly and other guests made me feel unsafe. checked in at 3:30 and by 6pm i checked out. staff refused refund stating i was there for hours. Went to restaurant across street and asked waitress about this place. was advised to check out, known for bed bugs and drugs. t would like a refund. this place should not be on your site.
