The size of the rooms are big absolutely loved how big they where.

That they charged me a deposit even though it wasn't stated so.

I do like that it is pet friendly, however, there is no place to walk or take your dog out without running into homeless and transient people. One plus is that there are fast food restaurants within walking distance & there is an awesome Arabic market, businesses & restaurants across the busy street of Wurzbach.

The area has a lot of homeless & transient people so "checking in thru a window experience" is a little less than comforting. No amenities offered at the front desk, like coffee, and there was also no amenities or coffee in the room - some free soap - very bare for this type of property in other places

I can't say I liked anything....it was just downright horrible.

My TV didn't work.....I was supposed to get moved to another room, and it never happened. Also cigarette burns on the bedspread, shady and homeless people everywhere; a vagrant on the stairwell by my room.....there was a young guy there making unwanted sexual advances to me for which I was very traumatized. I went to a different motel.....I just couldn't take it anymore....it was an overall nightmare and I won't be back.

Cheap but not cheap enough

They tried getting my pin number first for $50 refundable deposit that was never refunded. Bathroom door had been kicked in and off hinges. Top blanket had cigarette burns through it on both beds. Holes through sheetrock and ketchup or blood stains on wall above night stand. Mildew on walls around door and plenty of roaches. The $50 deposit was supposed to be refunded in 7-10days, but ofcourse its been 3 weeks and nothing. Only good thing is our vehicle didn't get robbed by the prostitutes and homeless living there. This is my first bad review ever and it's well earned.

Unable to accommodate us and have yet to refund my money … will never book through booking.com again

No remote for the TV, room phone didn't work, door know in bathroom was broken couldn't turn the door know to get out, paint chipped of ceiling in the bathroom,stains on the under the dresser and plastic torn on the mini fridge,and many stains on the bed covers along with cigarette burns on them and floor was not mopped dirty floors and to many homeless and addicts hanging around the pool and broken pieces of wood pile in front of rooms parking lot needs alot of renovations and rooms smelled of cigarettes really bad
