Nothing!

There were 2 lights that did not work, the room was dirty and smelly, floors were sandy, pool was very small and dirty, people outside our room yelling til 1 am, very loud music in parking lot til 2 am, banging on walls all night, the door to the adjoining room someone tried to open it multiple time during the night, our family felt very unsafe and left the next day and did not finish our stay there we found another hotel.

The manager that worked the front desk is a great asset to your company! She was very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. All employees were very friendly and kind. They seemed to work very hard to keep it as clean as possible without the extra help. This place is in a prime and very convenient location. Hats off to whoever picked the mattresses. The BEST sleep for 5 nights in a row!!!!

If you invest in the cleaning of the inside and outside you will be rewarded with more repeat customers. I believe the cleaning could have been more detailed and it seems that more employees are needed to clean. You already have good employees so adding a few more good employees to clean would only help your facility to stay booked and prosperous. I would also recommend stepping up on the spraying for pest. The doors take a beating and could use some maintenance. I really think if all of this is emplamented you should see great results within weeks of repeat customers!!! What a blessing that would be!!!

Clean and friendly staff

Ice machine was broke and the hair dryer didn’t work

The pool was okay and the location was good.

When I got there I was earlier, they lady said to come back in an hour and she would have a room ready and then asked if I wanted first floor or second. I said strongly prefer first floor, I come back and she tells the other manager " we don't have any first floor so second it is." We get into the room and my youngest split something so I went to clean that up and the towel was so black from the floor that was " just cleaned". Also in addition the next morning when waking up and walking into the bathroom there was roaches and some other kind of bed in the tub.

The rooms were easily accessible through many stairwells. Pool was nice, a bit small but it was a good swim, plus it's open 24 hours.

They will charge you for cost that they do not make known. My room was scheduled to be 641 and some change they ended up taking almost 1000 dollars out of my account. And the lady at the front desk with tattoos all on her is no help, and very rude. Had no issues with other staff.

The staff was super friendly and our room was super clean and smelled clean. Bathroom was clean and beds clean and soft. Plenty of restaurants and shopping and outlets right across the road.

I have no complaints. Pool is small and bfast is minimal like juice and cereal

It was close to everything.

I didn’t like that the room was muggy, had mold on walls and doors, and that I wasn’t told about the $100 deposit that was required until I was checking in. It was not stated when I booked the room.
