the heat in the room took hours to heat up. we cut it on after we checked in because it was cold and went out to eat by the time we got back room was still freezing. my babies shivered a good part of the night

You really didn't have any breakfast but I know it was in the room fee because the waffle machine was broken the refrigerator didn't keep our stuff cold we told the people at the front office but it didn't get fixed

We have four people and they only two towels and two washer ragswe had to keep going back and get more

The heater in my room didn't work, and no one tried to fix it or disconnect the room will never stay here again .. will not recommend this place to anyone

Room was filthy. My husband was offered sex for money. I was approached by a man that was obviously in drugs, and he kept walking past our room. I was concerned about my child's safety!!!!

the lady at the front desk was nice.

the straw that broke the camels back was that the heat went out. we called the front desk and she sent someone up. he at first offered to move us which I accepted but he quickly back peddled and offered to bring up a space heater. the space heater was much too small to make a difference unless you were sitting next to it. we had our 6 year old grandson with us so I decided enough was enough and we left and went to find another hotel. I asked for a refund for the day we were leaving but they only offered a partial refund since we had been there into the afternoon. I checked my credit card statement online today and they did give me a minimal 40% credit but then I notice that they had charged my card not once but twice. this place is not safe. along with the above the room was poorly lit and was very dirty. there were wires hanging out of ceiling. no smoke detector. the glass shower door didn’t want to close without forcing it. saw a few cockroaches. there were people with their room doors standing open blasting their radios. some people were out on the walkway smoking dope.

It had breakfast.

the ice machine was broken, the staff walked into our room without knocking or announcing, the fridge didn’t work, it was very loud music and people partying in the parking lot until early morning.

Poor customer service, filthy rooms, dirty towels filthy bed had to sleep on top of our own blankets fully dressed Under construction old toilets and sinks outside our doors

floors were slimy, towels had stains, mirror was dirty. just seemed rushed cleaning.
