Room was just as advertised. Nice space and amenities. Breakfast was good, could have been better if there was yogurt and fresh fruit like bananas.

I tried calling before I arrived a few times and nobody answered.

Hot breakfast was great. We stayed 3 days/nights. Would like to have had more variety in breakfast meats (bacon, corn beef hash)

Expected room to be cleaned when Do Not Disturb tag was not on room door. Didn't like we had to inform the front desk that we needed our room cleaned. For security purposes perhaps?

Location

The breakfast was awful. Powdered eggs are unacceptable and everything else was carbohydrates or sugar. We have stayed at many of the hotels on your row, and many of them have far superior breakfasts which include fresh fruit and real eggs. Including breakfast is a perk when staying at the hotel; a good breakfast keeps customers coming back. Your hotel is clean and well appointed, so breakfast was a huge disappointment. The only other comment we have is the little lighting in the room and the bathroom lighting is harsh and dreadful. It made it hard to get ready until there was natural light coming in through the window.

Our stay was very pleasurable and the hotel was located near the reason for our visit. The room was very clean and the staff that we encountered were very friendly. The breakfast was great and the bed was very comfortable.

Full house keeping services would have made the stay a little better, but we understand that some precautions are still being taken for safety reasons, Hopefully this will change in the near future.

They never put a blanket on one of the beds. I asked for one and the front desk girl told me that they didn’t have one to give us but she would call a manager to ask if she could take one from another room and would come to the room with it. She never brought one and when I called the front desk she wouldn’t answer
