GM marco was a great help when I forgot things at check out. Place was clean and quiet most of my stay

Receptionist told us the truck had not came and they ran out of tissue forcing us to go purchase personal wipes for usage

The decor of the room was updated and nice

No pots and pans. No dishes. No silverware. No extra toilet paper. Outside bugs were in the room such as a big beetle and ladybugs. The hallways and elevators smelled like marijuana constantly. The hallway carpet was extremely stained.

The location of the property is excellent it’s near several restaurants and shopping mall. I liked that I was able to be accommodating for a late check in.

I didn’t like that if the property is considered to be and extended stay although there was stove top burners there where no dishes/ pots and pans for guest it’s nice being able to cook in your room but not when on vacation or a weekend getaway and you have to supply those items yourself.

Modern room with updated appliances and fixtures. Plenty of channels to choose from plus apps available to stream with free Showtime. The location is close enough to restaurants and shopping yet tucked away from traffic.

The facility is clean for the most part however the carpeting is filthy and the hallways smell pretty bad. Luckily I had my own towels because the ones in the room were a bit dingy and had lint balls on them which made me skeptical about using them.

What I didn't like was when I needed something in the room I had to keep going back down to the front desk where there was never anybody at the front desk had to hunt around for a employee that I could talk to to get towels replaced in my room also my sheets for my bed were not changed out as often as I would have liked even though they had a schedule that they were going by I'm assuming for changing out sheets and rooms when I had to go back downstairs the elevator was out of service had to use the stairs to get from Florida floor finally the following day the elevator was fixed just a big inconvenience the biggest problem was the customer service desk where there was never anybody up front to talk to to find we stood there for our check-in for like 25 minutes waiting to check in a big Mass need to work on customer service at your hotel

The location worked well for the purposes of my visit. Convenient parking. Pet-friendly. Brittany was very kind and helpful.

The lobby was small and seemed to be in the back of the building. It was advertised as a “spacious” lobby which is false advertising. There wasn’t always an employee at the desk. When I arrived for check-in, the agent said “I need to see if the room’s clean and left me in the tiny lobby while he checked. This was extremely unprofessional. The bed frames are awful. I felt like I was sleeping in a cot. I hit my feet on the metal supports several times and it is extremely painful.
