Nice gated community. Close to local grocery stores and activities. The kids loved the pool. The customer service and response was outstanding.

You literally have to get your own toiletries and soap.

The huge ant problem throughout the whole downstairs area. They are over all the furniture and crawl and bite alot during my stay.

I think DWS managed many villas so our experience depends on where we stay. The property is a bit dated. The mildew in both bathrooms bothered me more than I’d like. The drain was slow and didn’t improve after plunging. We called the property and was resolved quickly. Then the check out procedure was a page long: we needed to take out towels and sheets to wash, put cleaned dishes back to where they belong and took out the trash. I felt like I was in youth camp.

Great location. Close to parks. Apartment was just the right size. Lots of little things that made it feel "homey." Nice community pool with hot tub.

It could have been a bit cleaner. There was visible mildew in the master shower. The floor looked clean (gray laminate) but our socks got quite dirty just from walking around. We thought we didn't have enough bath towels for the 5 of us, but when I did a load of our laudry I realized that the dryer was FULL of clean towels. A note telling us they were there would have been nice.

Location was perfect. Very quiet at night. Very clean inside. Nice view of lake from the screened in private pool. The host was exceptionally accommodating.

Nothing I didn't like. We loved it and hope to return.

I thought we was getting a house not a duplex and I wasn’t prepared for the extra fee that the building charge for the amenities

The pool water was extremely cold, pool was dirty the hvac was too hot in the house, could not lower temp per owner, the electrical outlets were not working, the beds were uncomfortable, not worth the money.

The beds were super comfy and house was nice with screened in pool area

Master bathroom had problems, toilet wouldn’t flush first night there so didn’t use it and the shower didn’t feel sturdy, only took one shower in there while on my stay had to use other bathroom.

It was spacious , pool was big, 3 baths plenty of room,

I didn't like how some of the dinning chairs had broken legs and just put in place as to make them look like they were not broken, also I saw this on reviews before I arrived how trash bins would be full of previous guests trash and same situation for me , but the management text me a pic of trash all over the place saying that I never took the trash out on trash day , animals got into it, but bins were full before we got there, trash was supposed to be out before we got there , also all the quest towels smelled badly good thing we brought our own towels and we also cleaned the quest towels with good detergent and fabric softener, be aware if your looking at the location because you want to be near a certain area, the property can be actually at a different location from what you looking at on the advertising, so I was given the address the week I had to travel and you can't get a refund the week of, so ask for the properties address before you book so you know exactly where you property will be located, they have different locations, so we didn't have anything to do for my kids besides the pool, we had to go off location to do things , also if you want the pool and hottub heated you have to pay extra, the hottub doesn't come with heat,

The rooms were stuffy there was no ceiling fan or no fan in the room so we went out and bought some and only TV in the living room and one of the bedrooms out of four bedrooms

I liked the pool and the garage games

Everything was good

Was clean and roomy.

Load of towels drying in dryer when we got there, wanted a king size bed there wasnt one wanted the option to heat the pool you couldnt!
